Amy then came back a year later to fix the issues and redo all the work she previously did. Within 2 month the paint cracked and some of the paint peeled off the bottom. I then message her and she said why does your pool hate me I then asked for a partial refund she refused and said this. We had the chance to discuss this with our licensed contractor that works with our company and it's the belief now that your pool has delamination and the best way to "fix" your pool would be to have it resurfaced. Our company only handles the top coating and not resurfacing. We were initially brought on to attempt to profile the "chipping" paint but it appears more areas are chipping and due to this delamination the product won't continue to hold up. This was work that was completed over two years ago and we still continued to try and help. So our pool has tons of blisters peeling paint and tons of cracks on the pool floor. Why would a company take $4000 if they knew that this would not fix our issue. They should have had their licensed contractor come look at our pool and let us know they couldn't do the work.

So you receive, what seems to be automated, emails telling you that your pool is "sparkling clean" and there's also a picture of your pool included. My pool went from looking clean & clear to green with algae under their almost 2 month care. Not happy with the lack of communication and servicing of my pool. I don't recommend using their services and we're still working on getting our pool back to where it was before we hired them.

He took the time to go over EVERYTHING about the pool (we are new to having a pool). He even fixed a few things for no charge. We have since had him back to covert the pool to salt, he didn't upsell us on the top generator just the one he knows is best and gave us a $100 rebate.
