I opted not to let them step on my back, however my husband did and did cupping as well. Out of all the massages we gotten in the U.S. and out of the country, this was the best we have ever had! I booked my appointment online, as I have many times before, but when I showed for my confirmed time, I was told that they didn't see me on the schedule. Things happen and while frustrating, sometimes there are mix ups. My complaint was how the receptionist handled it. She laughed and treated it as a joke and had nothing more to say. There are a lot of places on 105 to get a massage and not be treated so poorly. It goes back to hiring and training and this location failed at both.

The atmosphere is cozy and very clean. The woman's locker room was very clean, with restrooms, plenty of showers, vanities, and supplies like shampoos, conditioners, shower caps, razors, and blow dryers. Guests are given robes, slippers, and a key for the private locker to store your things. The massage was excellent and the masseuse made us feel comfortable, listened to the pressure we wanted for our massage, which was soft. The time went very fast and it was well worth it. We ended with a mimosa and it was just right. Also, the shower pressure was excellent. If I could add a few details to improve the experience, I would suggest adding disposable hair brushes in the women's locker room and making sure all shampoo, body wash, and conditioner bottles are filled. Overall, I will come back again. I really felt like I was out of the country at a private resort, and it's less than 25 minutes away.
