I have thick, coarse hair -- and the products they used made it worse, not better. When I finally left, my hair looked dull, dry, and broken at the ends. It was not shiny. It was not smooth. It definitely did not look like I had just paid for a professional blowout. Honestly, it looked like it needed to be washed again. I paid $70 to walk out disappointed. 10/10 do NOT recommend for anyone with thick or coarse hair -- or for anyone expecting to leave looking like they just had a proper salon blowout.
