For the material quality, it was absolutely amazing, we did laminate floors, they were thick, strong and with life warranty, unbelievable! We had painted concrete floors.... They had to do some leveling, but everything was done beautifully, they made sure everything was well taken care of, they actually care about your floors lasting for a long long time.

They did not have the tile I was looking for, but the gentleman was very helpful talking about the tile ,Telling me it was very popular and that size of tile is smaller. He recommended that I try Home Depot or Lowe's because a while back he had seen similar size ... no guarantees but he said you never know you may find it there . He was very helpful and I wish I could've done business with him but need to continue the journey for the obscure tiles.

Once we agreed to use their services I was immediately called by Sam for laser measurements. Sam came on 6/18. On 6/21 was contacted and told that they could install on 6/26 however we were not available so install was scheduled for 6/30. Was emailed days before install with exact instructions on preparing for the install. The day of the install received notification that Jesse and his team were on their way. Install was so easy. Jesse and his crew were extremely respectful and polite and cleaned up everything before leaving. When I came down to look at where the seam on the countertop was I very pleased that there was not a seam especially since we were told they would have to put a seam. Love my countertops. The entire process was so easy. Every person involved is extremely professional and did exactly what they said they would do. They arrived on time each time. In addition, Greg provided recommendation for tile and they too were very professional and prompt. Most importantly I felt safe and comfortable with everyone involved. All workers wore masks as well.

This is our 3rd time using Stone Care of Texas and each time we've used them they are always outstanding! Jorge and Leo finished up a 1 1/2 day job for us yesterday. We had accidentally broken a bottle of vinegar in the kitchen and there was also damages to the floor by our wine fridge where red wine had leaked out. I thought our floor was ruined in those areas. Jorge worked hard to restore the beautiful luster and our floors look better than new again and shine like a mirror.
