Max at DentPunch did an awesome job…read more He came out to my workplace in Austin and repaired a dent on the right front door of my 2025 Ford. Since it's an aluminum panel, I wasn't sure if it could be fixed without paint, but he was able to remove the dent completely using Paintless Dent Repair. The whole repair took about an hour, and you can't even tell there was ever any damage. The best part was the convenience. I called him one day, and he was at my office the next morning. He showed up on time, explained everything, and worked right in the parking lot while I was at work. I didn't have to file an insurance claim, there was no repainting, no body filler, and no Carfax history from the repair. If you're looking for a mobile dent repair specialist or hail damage repair in the Austin area, I definitely recommend Max at DentPunch. Great communication, professional service, and excellent results.

I…read morehit a Deer about 2 weeks ago and brought my 2026 GMC Sierra Denali into Chuck Nash Collision Center for repairs, since that's where I bought it from. I didn't inquire how long I would be without my truck and just left it to them. Liz was very helpful and kind, but that's the only positive thing there. I informed them that I bought the paint sealant package when I bought the truck and they (the Dealership) put it on the day I bought the truck. They asked for the Receipt for proof, understandable. I informed the Collision Center to call the Finance Manager, because he (Ian) would have the receipt. I actually thought it was a Ceramic coat, but Ian told me it was a special sealant package for an extra $1,000 plus. Anyway, when I picked up the truck the Driver's door made a sound coming from the hinge area like something was loose, I thought it a tool left behind in the door, but Liz informed me it sounded like a loose hinge. I explained that sound to Liz and she witnessed it as well. She asked me to come back on Monday since they were about to close in an hour. She never informed me about the Special Sealant package and what they did about it, but I found out it wasn't reapplied. The Right Hand Doesn't talk to the Left there. Because when I talked to the Finance Manager, Ian and he told me he'd take care of it, but the Collision Center never called him. Now, I have to go back AGAIN on Monday, spending more time (40 min. drive one way) and gas money to have my truck fixed like it should have been the first time! Now, the Collision Center and the General Manager won't return my calls to coordinate a time to bring my truck in! I thought us Americans learned the history of Quality Control after WWII. Also, to me this appears that the Collision Center does a Half ass Job the first time and prays the Customer won't notice their mistakes!

I was the one initiating all conversations and calling for updates. Also, they had a total of 6 months to realize my car was a total loss, and I was not aware until I had to call them and then they delivered the news. I have been making car payments on a vehicle I wasn't even driving, that's frustrating in itself. I understand with COVID-19 that parts took awhile to come in, but the lack of communication when parts did come in and how late it took to get the ball rolling to start on my vehicle is no excuse.

The recent cold has been shocking the spread of this crack, and with vehicles getting smarter and smarter these days, meaning a simple new windshield, requires camera recalibration to the glass being installed and what not. I called the Subaru dealership in Austin, since I wanted OEM parts, but since I was also going thru insurance with Geico, they said they wouldn't approve dealership prices with market rate payments associated to fixes of windshield repair. I found Pro Glass from local word of mouth, and they were so friendly, quick to get the invoice and claim thru to walk me thru the process of working with insurance and get me in the books with me explaining I wanted OEM glass installed since I imagine having the added extended warranty means I need to keep all the original pieces of my subaru if the eyesight or cameras start to fail later on. Amy and team were not only friendly, the quoted 2 hour wait since camera recalibration is included in the windshield repair, went by fast. I had access to WiFi to work out of their cozy waiting lobby area, paid my deductible and I was in and out before you knew it! All my stickers and toll tags were put back on and you'd never know this wasn't the original thing! Wizard windshield magic :) Thank you Pro Glass!!
