They had texted me to confirm the date and time of 6/20 at 10:20AM twice to which I responded confirming. As far as I was concerned this was my appointment time. The day of my appointment I was getting ready to leave when they called to ask if I was still coming for my appointment at 10AM.. to which I told them I thought it was at 10:20AM. She had told me that no, my appointment was at 10AM and she would have to check with the hygienist if they could still see me. During this time I double checked the written communication which did, in fact, say 10:20AM. When she came back on she said they could still see me to which I told her, well yes, seeing as my appointment is at 10:20AM and was confirmed to be so twice by your text confirmation system. She continue to argue that my appointment was for 10AM. I show up at the office and they ask me to come back to fill out paperwork (that I had already done the night before when their system sent it to me) and I had told her that they must have messed up because my appointment was at 10:20AM and proceeded to try to show her the texts. She did not want to see the texts and argued with me that my appointment was for 10AM and they had tried to call me the day before to confirm and let me know that they had to bump me up in the schedule. They had only called me ONCE and never said anything about changing my appointment time in the voicemail. I never once received an apology and was only met with snarky attitude so I told them to cancel my appointment and left. The level of unprofessionalism and disrespect to a FIRST TIME patient was very distasteful and I would never recommend them based on that alone. My advice to them is to get organized and improve upon their bedside manner with patients. Two stars only because I never saw a dentist and cannot speak to their expertise or skill.

Imagine your teeth just falling out while you're traveling. I was also charged $875 for a temporary denture that I wore for about a day while they were more concerned with cosmetic office renovations instead of fixing the real issue. I was never told that insurance would not cover the cost. I went back to my original doctor even though he's an hour away and witnessed what a real dental work looks like. Temporaries that don't fall out. I can eat without the fear of breaking a crown. A comprehensive plan for a long term solution.

The name is totally slipping me right now, but when I came in for my last bi-yearly check up my hygienist was such a sweetheart! It's obvious that she has a passion for taking care of teeth because she's been in the business for almost 40 years and has worked at this particular practice for around 10 years. Not only did she do a great job helping clean my teeth, but she also gave me some really great tips on tooth care practices to put into place every day. I've never really felt that compelled to make the switch from a regular to an electric tooth brush, but now I think I'm convinced. Overall, this is an office that has really got their stuff together. They have a really organized appointment reminder system and send frequent text/email/call reminders during the days leading up to your appointment. They also never let you leave empty handed and always give out a really cute goodie bag with a bunch of tooth care stuff in it. My old dentist used to just hand out a toothbrush, so it's nice to get a whole assortment of things. As long as they keep taking my insurance, I'll keep on going to this office for my check-ups. Not great, but I questioned why the other clinic hadn't detected anything six months ago when I got x-rayed. Please do yourself a favor and find yourself another dentist. Ive never had a truly positive experience in this place however I stuck it out because the location was convenient. But my last 3 appointments were complete horror!!!! I'll start with the 3rd to last. They had me wait for 2 hours and 20 minutes for a filing!!!!! I could not wait any longer and I asked to reschedule (literally trying to stay calm). My second to last appointment (for the filing) after waiting for 2 and a half hours they were going to send me home because apparently I needed a root canal not a filing so i needed to reschedule that once the it is approved by insurance. They finally called once it was approved and I scheduled the appointment for the root canal which was today. Well after waiting there for 1 whole hour, mind you they bring me to the back and put a bib on me, only to tell me it can not be done today. Mind you when i made the appointment I clearly asked the lady who is the manager if everything is set because I can not keep waiting and rescheduling. She reassured me they have another dentist and everything is set. LIES!!!!!!!!! She clearly does not know what she is doing! The employees themselves have told me she over books, nothing is organized, she talks to them like they are not human, all are walking around frazzled while she barks orders. The place is so unkept. She is the most unprofessional person I have ever come across. She clearly does not know what she is doing. This place really needs to close down!!
