She made it so easy to see what we needed right away to have my Dad at home. They delivered a bed, bed table,walker, commode,bed pads everything! She was so nice and had everything delivered right away that night so we didn't have to have him trying to get in his regular bed. They sent a nurse out right away as well to do all the paperwork. She was a night time nurse, she was absolutely amazing. We liked her very much as well as my Dad did, he thought she was so nice. She was so compassionate it just shined through her how much she liked her job and her patients. She would only come if you called while she was on for her work week. like a emergency night situation. Hospice made the whole process so much easier. My Dad was actually not doing too bad the first couple of weeks but we could see he would get agitated more and more, he did have dementia but you wouldn't know by just talking to him once or twice. You had to be around him to know. Plus if he didn't have dementia none of this would even happen. He did not like going to Drs or have to stay in a hospital, and hated taking pills. He only had to take 2 prescriptions at his age. He did however have to start taking more for agitation, to help him sleep, heart pill, nausea meds etc.... I did all his meds. It was almost a month we took care of him. Rehab said he was a 24/7 care. He was monitored much more with hospice than when he was in rehab. Plus the aide that came was very good at washing him and shaving him. They wanted you to call for anything you no longer had to take him anywhere since the nurse came in 2 times a week , a nurses aid came in 2 times a week. All you do is call and they tell you what to do and how to handle the situation and most the time a nurse that was on was sent to the house right away. He had to take different meds in the morning and some at night and then he was on morphine they went from every 4 hours to 3 then 2. And had to up the dose near the end Everyone who came was so nice. We have not one bad thing to say about this company. I want to Thank everyone who showed compassion & love during this hard time. Cassie was the first nurse we met only worked night hours and one week on and one off. She is an asset to this company. What a amazing person. We all thought she was just so wonderful for this job. His nurse Mandy came on Tuesday and Fridays. She made my Dad very comfortable and she listened to concerns and walked us through all the steps we needed to do. She was very nice and helpful. My Dad did not mind when she came, she knew how to talk to him and make not be nervous when she checked him over. Maya was the nurses aide. She came Monday's and Thursday's and then we switched it to Monday, Wednesday, Friday. She did an amazing job with my Dad. She was very gentle and kind to him. We did meet one other lady who came when Maya couldn't, La La, she was very nice too. I enjoyed talking to her when she came. She only came once. We met Rayann who works nights when Cassie was off. Rayann was the one who came the morning my Dad passed away. She made the calls for us and took care of him very good for the funeral home. Also there was a Chaplin who came his name was Greg. He was amazing he was one of the most compassionate men I've ever met in my life. So nice to my Dad. My Dad knew he came to see him a couple of times the week he was declining. Even though he was very weak he knew Greg was there with him, prayed with him and just talked and consoled him. We really liked Greg too. This company was amazing the people they hire are so much better than the rehab/nursing home was!! We highly recommend if you need hospice to call them! Thank you again to everyone who came in contact with my Dad.

If you look at that timeframe on the photo, that says "8-10", do you see the date? It says 1 June. At no time did you or your agent, clarify the time for 8 June which was the only day I requested your service. ** you are the one who quoted me $150 for my 2 bath, kitchen request. If you look at the picture, it says "pet friendly" products and in the details section it states "pet friendly home". Nowhere in your communication does it say $35 pet fee. How are now coming back to act like a victim? Again this yet another example of your lack of attention to detail. Stop trying to blame me for your lack of understanding. I was clear.

After she got there, she texted me, "normally this would cost $250 plus a $35 pet fee, but we'll do it for $200." Ok... no mention of "pet fee" previously, & I'm not sure why they said that after giving me the quote. Anyway, I was at the place the night before the clean & told her I didn't have enough room in my car to get the rest of the food out of the freezer. I TOLD HER TO LEAVE THE FOOD IN THE FREEZER & I WOULD PICK IT UP THE NEXT DAY WHEN I CAME TO INSPECT THE CLEAN & PAY HER. When I got there, all my food was gone! They threw it out! DID NOT FOLLOW MY INSTRUCTIONS. I was very mad, that was a lot of money in food! Then, she told me that while the 2 of them were cleaning, she left the KEY in the front door, which was open while they were taking trash out. She said a young black man wandered into the house, said he wanted to look around, & she let him! After he left, the key was missing & she couldn't find it anywhere! I told her how foolish it was to let a strange man come in, he could've hurt them, and he stole the key, which meant the locks would need to be changed! Luckily for me the owner was too cheap to change the locks so I wasn't charged for that; had I been, I would've had to deduct it from her fee. They did a good job, but had to come back because they hadn't swept off the patios or cleaned some paper that was stuck to the floor. They definitely need to step up their security & follow directions better, but I gave them 4 stars cuz they worked their asses off & the place was spotless afterward. In response to THEIR response, THERE WAS NO CAT FECES ANYWHERE IN THE HOUSE. Some litter on the floor, BUT NO FECES ANYWHERE. I don't appreciate that remark!

I want to address the -1 star immediately, this is due to price alone. In Miami, I booked a Move-out Clean and it was $315 - they were amazing and the home was about 1,700 SqFt (3 BR 2.5 Bth) - Move Outs cleans are ROUGH for sure. Here I booked a Move-in Clean, mostly for construction clean up and it was $370 for a 1,017 SqFt (2 BR 2 Bth) IMO the work was way lighter and I was quite shocked but they did do a great job. Some of the cleaners left steaks on the bathroom floors which easily show footprints but other than that I think the house looks amazing, I am still just getting over the sticker shock I guess.- I do apologize for the -1 star but I can't seem to get over the huge price difference for the home size and work required. The Cleaning Maids were Phenomenal - clear, concise communication, got in and out - sent me photos, and payment was a breeze - I would definitely use them again however, I think I would be shopping around first - again this is solely due to the pricing of services but maybe this is a higher-priced area...for cleaning..... I'm not sure so I can't say for certain.

They still took her $75 because they said she could've left a message on the machine on Saturday or Sunday, even though they wouldn't have gotten that message until Monday, same day that she called. Do not go to this place. It's a quack. They do not offer any reasonable or logical solutions to your problems and are in it for obviously just taking the money of hard working and elderly people. I called to speak with the office manager who was rude and didn't listen to anything I had to say and talked over me. All she had to say was is that my mother read the paperwork, signed it and agreed to it. She was very rude and lacking common, customer service skills. The solutions they were offering my mother in office, led to her being injured and now she has to spend money to get herself repaired elsewhere.

I recently made arrangements with TLC Caregivers to have someone sit with a single mom's young…read morechildren (including one with special needs) in the audience so that they could be present as their mom "walked" to receive her degree in the PSC spring commencement ceremony at the Bay Center. Mom was able to participate in the final celebration as a result of all her hard work without worry and her children were able to celebrate and see her as a positive role model. The Caregiver arrived early and was present and helpful in keeping the children safely (and quietly) occupied during the long ceremony (since seeing their mom only lasted a couple of minutes!). I would definitely recommend this service and would use them again if there was ever a need.
