Unfortunately, I've had unpleasant experiences with some of the other staff in the past. A few were quite rough during the service and didn't handle my eyebrows with care. One staff member, in particular, was often visibly irritated and came across as rude, which made me uncomfortable. Because of that, I actually stopped going for over a year. I happened to return last month when my regular stylist was out of town, and I was happy to see Rani. She made the experience smooth and pleasant again. I truly wish the overall customer service here was more consistent, it would make a big difference.

Some small tools and equipment were randomly laying out on a side table, appeared used with crumbled tissues. The small rooms didn't have a ceiling, sound easily traveled, machines were loud, overall the space seemed very outdated. When I scheduled the appt, I was informed they had the specific laser I was looking to be treated with. Drove an hour to the appt for the consult, was told the laser was sent for maintenance without an estimated repair time. Told it could be months. Said they could book me in their Dearborn location. Receptionist was the same person that was doing my consultation. He seemed pushy, was told that they are the cheapest than anyone else. People always come back because they are so cheap. Cheaper than Ann Arbor, and any city. I'm not worried about the cost, I barely was able to talk about what I was looking for. He seemed to talk down to me. Never sat in the dirty client chair, instead there was a chair inches by the sink that I sat in. The man used the sink to wash his hands after he attempted to clean up, and stood inches away from me and I was splashed with water. After the disappointing unprofessional consult, left for the hour drive back to my area. Wish they had provided a courtesy phone call about not having the laser. Won't get this time back in my life. Will not be scheduling any procedure with this business.
