This morning I went in with my son it was early around 6:30 & as I was checking out, Talisha (said she was the manager) was so outright rude for no reason. Because i accidentally swiped my card too early even after she was rude i apologized and she rolled her eyes. Visited this store yesterday since was doing testing at St Rose across the street and had the hardest time finding it. It was open for business and everything working just fine. The staff had just started for the day needed to drink water for an ultrasound test and this was where bought the water. Very friendly staff even though very busy with the days activities. Do not know why reported closed was open yesterday. read more

The guy jeff that worked Memorial day 2018 basically doesn't know how to work the cash register. And as a result they stole $30 from me. He tried to tell me when i orignally paid and i went to the pump and nothing happened to pay again and the first charge would fall off. I argued with him for a bit. Because I knew that was TOTAL bullshit because 2 charges hit my account. Then I call and tell the FUCKWAD manager i need my $30 bux back and i don't live in that state. Ever since I've been coming in to buy a drink there that was stated they have the whole month of special going on; then one day I came in and to get a hot drink, and noticed the line was doubling up, down to one cashier as the lady with her arm in cast was leaving. I went up to the cashier to pay for the drink and gave him $5.02 as the charge was $1.07 as I usually would ask for the receipt but I noticed they were really busy till I got to the car and noticed I was short changed. I called up the corp office then was given to the location to call and talked to a Duro (maybe Pero) couldn't tell by accident to come in when I can before 3 pm. I came in today there around 2 pm and mentioned it and no supervisor was there but the person in charge that day was Pero. He had an attitude he gave me said, 'show me your receipt' and I said it was an old one, but still gave it to him and he opened his register and gave me the $1 back even though didn't get the whole thing but better than nothing. He said with an attitude, you're not getting receipt back you got your $1 and next time count your money. i was in on nov 16. just after 10 pm. cashiers name was Teesha. You need to review her employment. i went in there and she said i needed a mask so i came back in with a mask on and put a $20 bill on the counter and said "$20 on pump 1 thank you." i was in a big hurry so when i jogged out of the store. she SCREAMS and i dont mean she raised her voice i mean she took it up to a level 10 SCREAMED at me to "come and get my money you dont throw money at me you fucking bitch im not serving you take your money and get the fuck out". so i then asked if she was serious ? she says "get the fuck out" again. so the employee had my money in her hand i reached out to grab it and she throws my money on the floor and i have to pick it up off the floor AFTER my hand was out to grab it. i simply tell her "im genuinely sorry if you took it as i was throwing it at you. i simply put it on the counter and ran out because i am in a big rush. and i did NOT mean for it to come off this way" she CONTINUES screaming at me repeating herself and once again i got called a "fucking bitch". this is NOT acceptable behavior especially after i had apologized for coming off as i threw the money at her. i have never in my entire life been so disrespected by an employee. it is EXTREMELY out of line for a employee to call a customer a fucking bitch twice especially when i was trying to explain to her that i did not intend the throw the money at her im just in a rush and had to run out. she than continues screaming at me saying "i need to learn respect" i am not a sour person. in fact i always treat employees with the upmost respect and patience because i have had too many crumby jobs and i know what its like to get treated horribly or talked down to. so it is very out of character for me to throw money at an employee. i hope corporate sees this and has a talk with her because this behavior is 1000% unacceptable and completely not okay under ANY circumstances. please review cameras for further investigation because i am not aggregating or making it out to that i am an innocent customer. look at the cameras november 16th 2020, around 10 pm. watch this employee scream at me, curse at me, belittle me, and throw my money on the floor. this is disgusting and she needs her employment revoked !!! read more

This is one busy gas station and I was sucked in by the disingenuous gas price sign saying one price...but it was for cash only. Given the fact that I was on empty and needed fuel and want my points, I used the credit card. Walked into the store and even though it was busy the two clerks hustled to get everyone through the line. A solid three star refueling experience. read more

You can get the most humongous ice cold soda in the largest cup imaginable, for $1.50 and if you reuse it 1.07. They are friendly, easy staff and generally never wait too long. The cups are huge and easy to save and bring back. It is the best soda deal. Hot summer, need a refresher? This is the place. read more

It's ok for a gas station. I usually stop in for a soda or some type of drinks or to top off when i'm cali-bound. The store is usually kept up for the most part. The employees range from good to bleh, depending on the time you stop in. Other than that it's about average for a gas station, I have been to both swanky and shady gas stops so this place is kind of inbetween. Good to grab your fuel and be on your way. read more

I first visited this gas station in September '15, not to purchase gas but because I was parched after my journey from Orange County. I first went in and decided to try my luck at computer Blackjack, an activity that I generally consider to be beneath me. Nevertheless, I felt positive chi so I inserted a 5-dollar bill. I was dealt a poor hand but did not hit because the imaginary dealer was showing a bust card. He/she busted indeed and I was paid $2.50. The next hand I was dealt two face cards and beat the dealer's 18. I was paid another $2.50 and cashed out with an ROI of 100%. I then squandered all of my winnings (and a twenty in my wallet) on 5 1-liter bottles of Diet Mountain Dew, 2 Muscle Milk Light's (Cookies N Cream flavor), and several Vitamin Water Zero's. I took those to my hotel room and enjoyed them over the next 24 hours. The bottom line is, this is a high quality gas station with a solid convenience store that offers an air-conditioned environment for gas station gamblers, highly chilled beverages, and sweet and savory snacks for all. read more

If paying cash, OK prices for the area. But if you pay with debit, they have a $0.35 processing fee, basically adding $0.02/gal to the price. Sam's Club is near by with cheaper gas. Tanked up the other day at Smith's, and with the Smith's/Kroger card, got my gas at Rebel's advertised price, can use credit, and no processing fee. Then, I went inside and bought protein drinks, another $0.35 so called atm surcharge. I've never been charged that before at other gas stations. First off, I've never written a review on yelp or any other website for that matter. But tonight just irritated the hell out of me. Supposedly this station switch to Arco fuel about two weeks ago. And since that's the case their is now a $0.35 charge to buy fuel here. I never carry cash on me for several reasons but I do have a debit card. And that's the beauty of a debit card, I can use it where I'd normally use cash without having to carry any. Well not here, and you may think we'll just run your debit card as a credit. Well you can't do that when you buy fuel here. Only cash or debit but only debit if you pay 35 cents. 35 cents isn't a lot of money it's just the point. The reason I have to come to this station is because in one of my cars I run 100 octane race fuel. It's $7.999 a gallon! On top of that the clerk inside said it started two weeks ago when they became arco. Then I'm the next breath he says I think it's because of rebel, rebel uses different oils. Well this station was always a rebel. So if it's because rebel uses different oils and it always was rebel to begin with, WTF is the deal with the $0.35? And if you run debit it's cheaper then if you run a credit card. I'm aggravated and I know this won't change anything. And I really don't feel better about it. But maybe if we all start complaining it'll stop. And probably not here. But maybe the station down the street doesn't do it next week because of our reviews.
