This review is just for the car wash: I frequently come to this car wash because I'm totally lazy about washing my car. I noticed customer service had seriously diminished in recent years, so I started going elsewhere. I came back recently while getting gas and asked how much they charged to clean seats. It turns out the car wash is under new management and they've even added a mobile car wash service. Rather than pay a ridiculous amount of money to get a stain out of my passenger seat, the car wash manager (or the guy who appears to be the car wash manager), offered to do what he could to get it clean. By the time he was done, my seat looked practically new. I was shocked because I had tried several times to get the stain out myself. The rest of the staff did an amazing job on the rest of the car. I tipped them $20 and left a happy customer. I totally understand that many of these negative reviews are likely warranted, but I recommend giving the new team a try. I'm really hoping they can turn things around here. Side note: I need to come back and review the fried chicken spot inside. It always smells so good! read more

I have come to this car wash for years. Is it the best car wash ever ,not necessarily but it's not expensive and you get what you pay for. It gets the job done. Today I went in and I noticed when I got into my car that when they took out my floor mats to clean them, they completely ripped it instead of unbuttoning it. I did call a guy over and let him see what happened. He was very, very sweet and said that he is so sorry that that happened but basically ,sorry was all he could offer me because it was the manager that did tha to my floor mat.I understand that's not his fault or responsibility, but the fact that the manager didn't even come over and address it and the only thing I got was, I'm sorry when I paid $40 for a car wash and still tipped...is kind of wild work and disrespectful. I don't usually complain. I tried to just let it go, but I can't stop thinking about it. That was awful Customer Service. Worst cashiers EVER! I ho to this store all the time. Then one night I go in for a drink and some cash back and for some reason, my card kept getting declined, even though I had money in the account. I tried the transaction three times and I got declined every single time. So I went to my car to check my account and make sure I had money in there and there was definitely money in there. And come to find out they charged my card three times for the same drink even though he kept saying it was declined. So I showed him that it charged me three times and asked him if I can just get a drink and don't worry about the cash back. Obviously, there was some type of issue. And he told me no ma'am you cannot have the drink your bank took the money. I said you're not even making any sense. It clearly shows that I was charged three times for the same drink. $2.39 three times. Then him and the other woman who was working there started acting a fool talking loud to me. The lady called me a bitch told me I need to just chill out. It took everything in me not to slap the shit out of her old disrespectful ass! Called me out of my name and I'm sitting up here showing her the charges for the drink. These people really ain't shit. And it's a shame cause I've been going there for years and I love their chicken. But this little lady that works here is out of her rabbit ass mind if she thinks people are gonna take her disrespect. First time here I have to be honest I came for the Krispy Krunchy Chicken located inside this Gas Station. If you're looking for another fried chicken spot check this place out. It's hand battered Cajun style fried chicken and there's more on the menu besides chicken, there's chicken tenders, chicken sandwiches, sides, honey biscuits and more. Place your food order with a staff member at the Krispy Crunchy Chicken area, you will get a print out of your order to take to the main cashier counter to pay, take your paid receipt back to the Krispy Crunchy staff member and they will be preparing your order. While waiting for my order to be ready I walked around the gas station it's pretty big and very organized and clean. Staff members were nice and helpful. At the cashier counter, I noticed a small heat oven with some Krispy Crunchy items for grab on the go. Which I thought was clever. On the menu for take out: Family Value Meal 12pc chicken + 6pc chicken tenders for $36.99+ tax Came with 12pc chicken 6pc chicken tenders 6 biscuits Family Wedges Comes with 3 dipping sauces of your choice Ask for side of gravy for the chicken! My family really enjoyed the chicken meal. The Cajun chicken were perfectly seasoned and of course Krunchy. The chicken tenders were decent sized not too small not too big. I came here to get gas and a car wash. I purchased the $32 package. After going thru the car wash I sat and waited with the 3 employees ignoring me finally after 5 minutes I said screw this and parked up by the store and went inside to ask for a manager and the nice gentleman said I'm so sorry and went out to speak to the car wash staff. When my car was finally getting detailed I watched the 2 guys slowly detail my car. Well after it was done I noticed my cup holders, dashboard was not touched. As I should've just asked for a refund I left extremely disappointed and I tipped the 2 guys $5 each but if I had known how terribly they had done I would've tipped nothing. We come in here quite often as we live nearby. The store is well stocked, prices are decent and the place is well lit and clean. Usually we grab a couple of gatorades and some snacks and are on our way. We always have a good experience and the service there is pretty good and fast. Today when we went, Nicholas the owner was there and I had asked the cashier if he had tried the chicken. He said he had and it was good. I was going to keep it in mind for the next time we went in and grabbed one of the brochures with the menu on it.. the owner then asked if we had never tried Krispy Krunchy Chicken. My boyfriend and I both replied that we hadn't and without skipping a beat he says to us "would you like a sample?" I definitely was interested in trying it so he told the girl behind the counter to give us a tender and a biscuit to try. Within the first bite, I knew I wanted more. The chicken was perfectly seasoned and cooked to perfection and the biscuit was probably the best honey butter biscuit I have ever tried. The girl insisted on giving us each a tender and biscuit to try but instead we decided to buy a meal right then and there! We got a krunchy box that came with 6 good sized tenders, 2 sauces, a side and a biscuit. We ordered the mashed potatoes and gravy and thoroughly enjoyed everything about the meal when we got home. I already jumped at the chance to go to gas station to get snacks and drinks and will definitely be adding Krispy krunchy chicken to that list! Boss move Mr Owner! COUNTERFEIT VAPES BEWARE!!!! I came in today to purchase a geek bar, normally I'd go to the Ds Smoke Shop near by but they were yet to open and I was in a rush. When I opened the package and attempted to turn on the vape I immedi knew I got scammed, the screen is glitching out going from 33 to 22 to 11 and then repeating for both the battery level and juice. attempted to take a hit and it's disgusting, I've purchased the flavor many times before it's one of my go tos this is a clear fake. when I called and asked the owner where they source the vapes from he stuttered a few times before saying "a licensed source" yeah....right.... the owner refuses to do anything about it so the least I can do is warn the community and best believe I've already taken videos of the packaging and the vape malfunctioning and will be disputing this with my bank as soon as the charge settles! BUYER BEWARE EDIT: in response to the outrageous reply of the owner let's get a couple things straight. 1) YES I was offered to take a hit while IN THE STORE, I don't think that's appropriate with children around and as I mentioned previously I was in a rush. do you request that people try their sodas and open their chips before leaving too? 2) ZERO REFUND WAS OFFERED AT ALL I'm not sure why they're attempting to save face in the review PLEASE BUYER BEWARE 3) and definitely not last I'm not sure what to do say about claiming I attacked a religion? Do not recommend this place to ANYONE I came in today with my brother I purchase two propel waters (on sale 2 for $4) and a few sodas. As I get ringed up the cashier has nothing but an attitude super rude touching all the tops of our drinks. Then come to find out after looking at my receipt I was being over charged. Instead of 2 for $4 I was charged 2 for $4 each bottle. Now it doesn't sound like a lot but when you add up how many other people they've done this to it's a raging scam! Back to the story the cashier then brings the manager when I show her on the receipt she over charged me the manager comes over acting like I'm in the wrong then says he can fix it because he understood he was in the wrong along with his worker. This business disgust me. I'd highly recommend any other establishment. Came back 1 hr later and they said it's finish looks like my 2year old cleaned it, I had to call the manager and ask for refund for them to clean it again. They are way under staff. To make the matters worst! Then the LOST MY KEY!!! The guy who first work on my car said I took it when I didn't after he left after his shift. After I called the manager to compensate me replace my keys and 1 hr later they magically found it in the back!!!! Right yea ok why would my keys in the back in the first place???? Why???? This review is entirely for the chicken, which the wife and I had yesterday. She had the 3 piece tenders, I had the 3 piece chicken, and we split a 5 piece shrimp. The food was ok; nothing to really get excited about. The best part was the biscuits. We would come back just to get a pile of those. But the chicken was mediocre, and the shrimp wasn't all that good. Price was cheap, and the service was outstanding. Wish I could give 2.5 stars; 2 stars is 2 low, and 3 is too high. read more

He is in the business quite often and even knows of me by face.... tonight I had a very horrible and unexpected encounter with the cashier . Between 1125 pm & 1130 pm. I went and got some snacks and a adult drink and as I was paying the man (he was covered in star tattoos) was on his cell phone arguing with someone ....fine whatever ...I don't care ...it's almost midnight & I'm trying to be in and out .... He continues to ignore me as I smell that he smells like marijuana (I support maryjane 100% but I'd never present myself to my clients like that ) I also have my head phones in so I'm like "Just Ring Me Up Please ". He then puts the phone down and is starts talking about how every time he has to "deal"with me it's a hard time while calling me "sweetheart" as he addresses me . NOT OK. I told him my name . I also told him I've never seen him here and if so maybe once and asked what I did wrong to upset him . He goes on to say I'm always "staring at him" . I laughed out loud ... . This place is getting more obstructed with all the establishments surrounding it. So its a fast food, quick-mart, beer cave, gas and car wash joint. The sub sandwiches at the fast food are simply homemade, no fancy schmancy sauces and stuff. Just wish they were opened later. The chix wings look good. I live pretty close to here and go just about every day. Just wanted to mention a few things. The car wash. Jimmy and Paul do an awesome job. I brought my BMW here to have it cleaned. I had glue on the hood of my car. Not just a little either. These guys managed to get my paint back to looking brand new!! Can't even begin to tell you how good it looks. If you are one of the people like me who are weary about detail cleaning, these guys have it down. On top of a great detail, my back window had a crap tint job on it. They referred me to a place and I had that taken care of too!! Car looks almost brand new for being an 04. I would highly suggest these guys if it's just for a normal hand wash or if you need to go all out to save your wheels. As for the employees at the gas station, they are also really friendly and helpful. It almost seems as if everyone there is always in a good mood. Tuesday is Ladies Day. Presidential Carwash normally sells at $27.99, today I got it for $19.59 Benny the manager was very nice, as was all the staff. But watch out for the high pressure sales pitch from the headlamp polish guy. He threw out the number $100 reduced to $50, that's $25 bucks a headlamp! Then he said he wanted to do it for free just to show me how wonderful it is. You tell me you're going to use sand paper on my headlights to polish them? I don't care what kind of lifetime guarantee your pitching me, I'm not buying it! Was approached three times over and once from Benny when the guys sales pitch died on arrival. I told him I have a mobile car wash guy who comes to my office and for $40 he cleans my interior/exterior/tires and throws in polishing the headlamps for an extra $10 when ever I need it. Too bad he wasn't around this week otherwise I would have waited for my mobile guy! Another tip: watch out for the outdoor metal chairs, I sat in one and when I stood up the chair tore through the fabric and ruined my pants when a loose metal piece stabbed me in the back my my pant leg. Honestly, I just wanted a car wash but jeez the experience was something out of I Love Lucy. Thank you Benny for listening to my feedback about the high pressure tactics. I went here today to get a car wash. I live nearby but have never really tried this place...but with it being so hot, I decided not to go too far so I can go back home to my nice air conditioned house. When I pulled up to the car wash, I was greeted by a friendly staff who explained all the different types of full service packages. I decided to go with the Platinum for $13.99 which includes exterior and interior wash (since I haven't washed my car since last December...Yuck!). When the wash was finished I pulled up to the covered parking space where 2-3 staff worked on finishing up my car. Yeah, I said it 2-3 people on a 2004 Corolla...LOL! Now to the not so good review: While I waited for my car, another staff approached me about getting a chip on my windshield fixed for free as long as I have insurance. I said, "sure" as all I pretty much heard was "free". After he finished the repair, he asked me to follow him into the gas station so that he can fill out some paperwork. He made a call to someone who he told me just had to ask me a couple questions to verify the insurance. Well, because this car only has liability insurance...it was NOT free! The phone call lasted for about 15 minutes and I was charged $30 for the repair. After I told the gentleman, "you know you should have done this prior to doing the work", all he could say was, "I'm sorry, it's usually never a problem"...and started to panic. - To "Clear Quality Auto Glass" - A Piece of advice on good customer service: You should NEVER charge anyone for YOUR mistake. Needless to say, I did pay for it as I kinda felt bad for the chump but he may need more training. If I wasn't in a good mood, I would have probably raised hell. read more

The carwash here is good. They always catch the small details that some of the other local spots miss. After a long trip on the road the ride enjoys getting all dolled up. The little cafe that's inside had some really good pizza. I would stay away from the churros. They look great but the crunch will chip a tooth if your not careful. The staff here always greet you as soon as you walk in the door. On a hot summer day you can spend an hour outside washing and waxing in the heat...or you can do the smart thing. Pay these guys to do it, enjoy some grub while you wait, and sit back in the air conditioning. read more

This is pretty nice convenience mart. They have all the usual items you'd find in a convenience mart and then some. I often find more items here than in other convenience stores. And the staff are super nice and friendly. And there's a great counter for ordering food and ice cream. Plus, of course, there's a car wash and gas station. The car wash even has a ladies day where females can get a discount. All in all, it's a nice and clean and a good pit stop. read more

We came in for a full service car wash. The price was right at $18 complete inside and outside wash, and only $5 more to shampoo the mats. My only complaint is that there were still some dirty water streaks on my car, almost like it wasnt dried off completely. If I am going to pay more than $15 to have my car hand washed, I really dont want to see any dirt. The service station has a great selection of hot food to munch on while you wait. There is also a covered waiting area to hide in the shade in the warmer summer months. Good overall, but I think I will be using the County Club Auto Spa over on Eastern and Serence for my future car washes. read more

Car Wash A + Food. C - to D + They did an excllent job on my car. I was plused that they did such a good job my car sparkles. However, the food was terrible. I had the chicken fingers and fries. This item was bland, has no flavor and the only condiment available for dipping was ketchup. The chicken was moist but that was about it. If I could I would give five stars for the car wash and detail and one star for the food. However, since I can't I can only give an average star rating of three stars. Hint: There is a resturant across from here. I am certain the food their has to be better than what I ate here. read more

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE OF ALL TIME!!!!!!! TWICE! TWICE, I have tried to get chicken here.. Twice, I left without any.. One time I ordered a simple 4piece meal.. Waited over 20 minutes in the friggin' gas station, and when I asked for an ETA, they said it would be at least another 15 minutes! I Demanded a refund, and left without anything. Today,I tried to stop in and get the same 4-piece meal.. There was NO ONE in line in front of me.. Three strikes, you're out. I had enough of this place. The last three visits, I've gotten the Gold Presidential car wash package for $22 and I've always been dissatisfied with the service. I do like that they take their time after the automatic wash to wipe the car down, but after a walk-through and a visual inspection, you won't get why they took 20-30 minutes. The interior is partially vacuumed. There's water and streak marks throughout the windows. They always forget to put in the complimentary air freshener. Every single time, I have to tell them to do things that they originally missed out on, which is part of the job! There's at least two people that work on each vehicle, so there's really no excuse there. DO NOT let them fix any crack, no matter how small or big, in your windshield. Immediately and even months later, you'll see what looks like a wad of glue on your windshield that doesn't wipe off. I gave two stars instead of one because at least their customer service is nice. read more
