I love their food selection, gas prices, and how clean and tidy they keep their bathrooms and store front areas. They are my backup gas station when I can't make it to Sam's club for gas. My son and I love their steak, sausage, and brisket burritos. My son loves their lumberjack breakfast sandwich, hashbrowns, and biscuits and gravy bowls. My girlfriend loves their Reese's cookie and this is the only place aside from Terrible's gas station that has her fave imported Monster energy drink with the thick black tab. They also sell our fave Alani and Celsius drinks, where we are limited to getting them from Walmart and Shell gas stations. They have a rewards program to get a free food item, cold/hot drink, cents off gas prices and have freebie items every Friday. But I couldn't even hear myself think because it was off of a last time I checked I thought it had a Bean store music not their own kind of music it's literally blasting out and then you have a lady that works there that was at the doors smoking or vaping right when you're walking in the door when this happened around 12:am no players have no common sense when customers come in and they don't wanna hear that loud music. Now one may not look at a gas station and think of it as a favorite but I can attest- this one is the king of gas stations. On my way to work I love to stop in for a morning pick me up coffee (they have Pumpkin Spice if that's your thing) and an outrageously delicious breakfast sandwich from their hot bar. Today I was feeling a bit hungry for something new and different and decided to try them out for lunch. Snagged myself some delicious Italian breadsticks and an Italian wrap. Now it's not gourmet at $6 but I'll tell you what- you can't beat the deals for grab and gos and that wrap was comparable to Jersey Mikes if they had a less attractive but kind sister. Fueling Adventure Maverik Gas Station and Convenience Store is the largest independent fuel marketer in the Intermountain West (1). Maverik operates approximately 300 locations in eleven Western states. It has been fueling adventure since Reul Call opened the first Maverik in Afton, Wyoming in 1928 (1). It was around ninety years later that Maverik expanded to the Las Vegas area. They were not in Las Vegas when I first stepped into a Maverik around 2012 when I stepped off the Virgin River Trail to grab some hydration in a Saint George (Utah) Maverik. The lodge theme and interior would leave a lasting impression. Over 100 miles southwest of Saint George, I had seen the desert at the southwest corner of Warm Springs and Bermuda transform into one of the first Las Vegas Maveriks. It was less than a year ago that this location opened. The nicest aspect about this relatively new Maverik is that it provides motorists with more competition near the McCarran Airport rental car hub. When I think of the rental car hub the predatory pricing of the Sinclair at Warm Springs and Gilespie Street enter my mind. This gives motorists an additional choice to avoid being ripped off at the pump. My first hand experience is from two visits here. On Monday, November 18, 2019 the gas price was $3.19 per gallon for 87 octane. There were plenty of pumps and an ambiance of driving space to fill up. Being new the pavement seems freshly poured and the facility looks shiny. However, it is disheartening to see graffiti caved into some of the pumps. The inside of the convenience store offers a plentitude of food and drink choices. This includes their well-known BonFire food line, burritos, subs, and your numerous convenience store staples. Being that this is Las Vegas where there are so many food choices, I was uninterested in their food. The one flaw of this Maverik is that it is difficult turning onto westbound Warm Springs Road. There is no left turn access onto northbound Bermuda Road which leads into Warm Springs. Immediately south of Maverik where the divider ends there is a "No u-turn" sign. This requires a driver to turn right onto Eldorado Lane which will lead to a stop sign at Gilespie Street where a right turn will lead onto westbound Warm Springs and the car rental hub. As far as turning right on Warm Springs then making a u-turn at the Bermuda Road traffic signal, that can be stressful and dangerous during peak times. With all this said, it is nice to see more fuel competition in Las Vegas. Especially by the rental car hub where predatory pricing exists. i always come here to use the bathroom or buy a drink or snack and i never have any issues. today i found myself needing $35 in cash instead of my card, so i went to this maverik and asked a cashier if its possible to charge me $35 and then give that to me in cash, or if i'd have to buy something in order to do that, and if not, i asked for any other possibility. she told me absolutely not (in sort of a rude manner but usually i dont care, as long as they're trying to be helpful, they're allowed to be rude, i dont care, and i dont know what kind of life they have! i simply wanted to think that she was attempting to be helpful.) So i said, oh, you guys dont do cashback? and she said, obviously we do cashback. (which is not obvious, many places dont do it.) So i proceed to double check that there's not a $20 limit like there is at most places, and she said that i would be good to go. So i went to grab something to buy so i could get my $35. I go to check out and the cash back options only go up to $20. Nice. So i just took it and went on with my day... i was ranting about this to my partner in the parking lot with the window open, and i overheard someone say that they received the WRONG AMOUNT OF CHANGE FROM THE CASHIER. dude, as a cashier, your ONLY job is to check people out and give them correct amounts of change. not to mention, before i could even ask my question, i had to wait about 5 minutes for her to check out ONE transaction. I'm pretty sure she's been working here for at LEAST a few weeks or months now, if not more. summarized: i needed $35 cashback and instead of the cashier telling me that she has no idea how cashback works at her store, OR she could have just simply explained it to me, she gave me incorrect answers while being rude to me and talking to me like IM STUPID for asking a question. Then i overheard that another customer did not receive the correct amount of change for what they bought. (same cashier by the way.) Come here for the bathrooms, and if you want to buy something, then make sure you have your card with you, and use self checkout, or else that cashier will gladly give you incorrect change. And never come here and ask questions to the cashier, expecting them to give you the information that you need from the only person who can give you the answer to that question. I have frequented the Maveriks around town for years. I happen to be an off-duty officer at the time I came into this maverik tonight. Sodas are always $.96 with the maverik adventure card, but the self check out wasn't working so the guy who helped me at an actual register got an attitude because I was trying to explain it was always .96 for the sodas. Also they were out of paper towels. Didn't mention who I was. Walked out and left the soda sitting at the register. Ignorant workers here. Won't be back to this location. read more

Eventhough I'm slightly inconvenienced, I rather do my Hertz fillup here before returning it to the Airport Auto Rental Center. I'm not sure why they served it in brown paper. I got to work opened it up the cheese was stuck to the paper and it was very dry hardly any sauce on it the lady that made says it's very messy who the hell was she fooling (yup me) very disappointed but I did also buy a calif club for $4.99 as well I ate that for dinner with half bag of bbq chips that sandwich was delicious anyways can't complain much about the store being nice and clean and the employees were okay...so if you want something quick and ready I'd recommend going here read more

Ethanol Free Gas: I called this Maverik on August 27, 2022 and asked if they were selling Ethanol Free gas. The woman said no and she added that it is against the law to sell Ethanol Free Gas in Clark County NV, This is not true and miss information. You can buy Ethanol Free Gas at the new Smith's Market in Henderson, NV. It's on the corner of Warm Springs and Lake Mead Blvd. I bought just over 19 gallons today (08/28/2022). Receipt included. This is one of my favorite gas stations to fuel up at as the design of their fueling stations are easy to get in-and-out and there are plenty a pumps no waiting in lines. If you're in a rush and need a quick bite to eat when your fueling up they got a little bonfire grill inside. And of course they got all of your beverages soda, coffee etc. read more

To fuel gas, grab hot foods, shop or use the RV dump/ refill water, etc. I love that there are so many pumps and large enough for big trucks to come in and out. 4 stars for overall service, cleanliness. On the other hand, some cashiers seem to take being personable as more important than getting the customers in and out. Just this morning at the store in Las Vegas on Warm Springs, the already slow cashier insists on carrying on a conversation with every person in a line 6 or 7 people deep and being the ONLY cashier with an open drawer AND another employee at a register NOT waiting on customers. I got out of line, placed my products on the counter and left. Almost every day I would stop at this store before work or on my lunch break. Not any longer. I was stopping by my local maverick located on 385 E Warm Springs Rd Las Vegas, NV 89119, like I usually do after work. I get the same $3.99 wine when I come here. As I went to go pay I told the cashier Drea that I don't need a bag and she replied back with attitude saying "it's alcohol it needs to be in a bag" I was surprised cause they never once said that to me before and I shopped at the Maverick's in Pahrump. As she handed me my change without my receipt. I took out the wine from the bad and was walking out and this women has the audacity to yell at me telling me that "the alcohol needs to be in a bag when it leaves the store". I just walked away without saying anything to her. Not once did I opened the wine inside the store. I don't know who this women thinks she is yelling at a guest that way. I don't care if she's the manager or the owner. This women needs to be fired from her position. I work in guest service myself and the way that she acted would have resulted in being sent home, written up and reduced hours. I did not say a single word to her to avoid confrontation. I'm not going to take time out of my day to argue with an elderly woman over something so silly. I've always liked shopping at Maverick cause of the prices and cause they take the time to make sure their stores aren't ghetto. If this is one of your rules I understand and will cooperate. Have been in this store many times and always received great service. Until last night. Went in a little after 5 and ordered dinner. The female working back there ignored us for several minutes before she finally came to the counter and mumbled "what can i get you". We then went up to the front to pay and I expressed my concern over lack of customer service and the female there couldn't care less either. To make matters worse, when we got back to the back for our food order, I noticed it sat there for several minutes before a 3rd female employee asked the 1st one whose order it was. The 3rd one turned around and handed our order to another customer at which the 1st employee said "No, that goes to the couple!". I get that we all have bad days, but displaying that at work is not appropriate. She made us feel like we were interrupting her. She could at least "act" like she's grateful to have a job.
