horrible customer service!!! it brings tears to my eyes to have to write a review on two young black men. especially the one behind the counter with dreads. this young man over talked me and was straight rude. i am a business owner and i was particularly offended. i even went as far to inform him i was old enough to be his mother and he was being totally out of line. the other young man did not correct him. three ladies left and i could tell from the looks on their faces they were ashamed. they obviously need more training. read more

I received an unexpected, superb service, from one of your team members (Michael) today. I filled up my rental car at the gas station this afternoon. I did not asked for a receipt. Upon returning my rental car, I was told to provide a receipt from the gas station or I will be charged for the full tank of gas. I was at the airport ready to takeoff. From my recent trips to Vegas (weekends only), I've uncovered this hidden gem of a very reasonable gas station that is nowhere to be found in SoCal, whatsoever!!!! Who doesn't need gas @ a whopping $2.89/gallon?! Wow, just wow. I wish there existed more of these non-greedy gas stations in SoCal. So whenever I travel to Vegas, I take advantage pumping gas here @ Rebel between Flamingo Rd and Paradise Road. I was on a crunch for time this trip so didn't get to take more pics of this gas station but the clerk inside the convenient store was very friendly too, so I got zero complaints here. The location is indeed convenient not too far from the Strip: the only thing is the receipt doesn't print, so you'd have to step inside for your receipt if you're keeping track of your gas expenses on travel. Gas is gas. This place is just off the strip and is easy to get to. There is a higher price of you pay with card but worth it when it's hotter than hell outside. I'll be back for sure as I frequent Vegas at least once a month. Thanks Rebel for providing cheap quality gas. read more

Tire air machine does not work, walked inside to talk to the cashier there response we have nothing to do with the machine nor are they responsible for it, it's independently owner. Bad business model keep up with your business property. I lost two dollars and now I have to drive around and look for another gas station. My air pressure was at 33 psi while trying to pump air from Rebel on Flamingo near the strip instead it deflated to 25 psi. Will not be coming back to this Rebel station. read more

The clerk called me an A hole because I pointed out there were 3 people behind the register and only 1 working. I've never been called that by an employee of any place of business and I asked for her name to tell corporate but she wouldn't give it to me but she said if u want to complain here's my manager. Customer service is rude ass hell. I pull up around 5:50 and the two girls behind the counter had nothing but attitude. The other night I pulled up when I got off work some Hawaiian chick was being rude to one of us and now today she was rude to me. They take their attitude and anger out on customers. One of the worst places I've ever been to to get fuel. The workers are extremely disrespectful they are allowing people that get out of line to leave out multiple times and jump back in front of everyone else that was in line waiting patiently. Like I told the guy I waited he must wait a well. It doesn't matter if anyone has been in and left out. Once you leave out you get back in line... end of story. In Las Vegas if you need the cheapest gas look for Rebel. The best thing they accept credit cards. There is plenty of local traffic at the pump. All you have to do is drive on Flamingo towards the airport and at corner of paradise and Flamingo this station is located. At $3.60 for regular the gas is a lot lower then California. The also have a mini mart. So in Vegas look for Rebel for gas. read more

Rebel is the cheapest option in the immediate area that I know of... sure, I'm not a local, but I've been here (and up and down Flamingo) enough to know that other places charge about $.10/gal more than this place. There's another gas station about a mile east of this place that charges $0.07/gal MORE, but that's about as close to Rebel as you're going to get. You don't have to use only debit cards, either! I hate using my PIN code in public areas, especially gas stations, so I appreciate the fact that this place allows you to process transactions as credit instead of debit. It's a little more "bare bones" here, and sure, there was a guy offering to wash your car windows for some cash, but it's a tough economy here and he's trying to do what he can to make a few bucks. I'll be buying my gas when I'm in town from this place every chance I get. For a higher rating: 1. I know times are tough and the economy isn't looking to get better anytime soon, and I know that profits from gas sales must not be high since the gas is so cheap compared to other places. But the facilities could use a little upgrade. They're getting a bit run down. 2. Access to pumps isn't the easiest at this place compared to some other well-designed stations out there. It's on the southwest corner of Flamingo, so to access a pump I had to drive in to an open pump so that it was on the right side of my car. Only problem is, the tank is on the left. It was a slightly tight stretch to reach the tank from the nozzle because the hose doesn't stretch. Sure there might be some wasted gas because of the longer line and all, but maybe a couple extra feet of line with a retractable tether could help out a bit. read more

The woman behind the counter, didn't catch her name started rolling her eyes on me and saying how rude and inconsiderate I was... only because I forgot my wallet in my car. We came here because it was listed on a website as having flex fuel available. They did indeed have flex fuel but it ended up being about the same price as regular so it didn't make a difference in the end. It's not as close to the freeway as I had hoped and we ended up getting stuck in a tiny bit of Vegas traffic getting off here. If you're already in Vegas this is a fine station but if you're driving through my advice is to find a station closer to the freeway. read more

Cashier stole my phone yesterday probably thinking i had a flight to catch since it was 730 in the morning. I was actually on my way to work. When i noticed my phone missing within 5 mins i was back in the store. I aske had they seen it and they said no. I came bavk aftet work around 530 and cashier said he still didnt see anything. Thank god i finally remembered my where iphone info and it led me right back to the store. I was about to attack a homeless person(i knw it sounds bad) for him to return me phone and thats when he decided to finally give my phone back. He knew if the police came, because s***got real, he wouldve been in trouble. Someone almost got really hurt because of what he did. And after reading reviews the owners/management are aware. This store doesn't care about the elderly or disabled, and refused to make a reasonable accommodation for disabilities. My mom, who is disabled with a cane, was told very rudely that she couldn't sit down at an open slot machine in the store while she waited for me to get through the line that was WAY too long. Many open slots. SHE HAS A CANE! SHE'S DISABLED, AND YOU WOULD DO THIS?!? WHAT PART OF REASONABLE ACCOMMODATION DO YOU NOT UNDERSTAND?!? After staying standing for a while because of the long line, she finally had to take a seat. SHE HAS A CANE FOR PETE'S SAKE! She didn't even sit down for a couple of minutes!! Why would you do this to my mom? And then you failed to apologize, and treated my mom very rudely. So yep, I snapped, and I'm glad I did. You don't do that to my mom who is elderly and disabled. I stay right down the street and love this location. It is only 85 cents for a 32 ounce soda. There is no bathroom for general use unfortunately, but that is common in a lot of places. The employees are pretty friendly and seem to enjoy their job. I love their two for a dollar hot dogs!!! That cannot be beat! read more

I went to Rebel early Friday,12/20/2019 around 1:45 am or 2:45 am in the morning after work to buy somethings because it is cheaper than 7 eleven, now I know why. I have some money left from my purchase and so like any one else I put a dollar in the video poker machine, It lit up right a way light blinking saying I needed to be payed by attendant. I told the cashier about it saying "I just put a dollar in this machine and it started to blink and saying pay by attendant. I did not even get a chance gamble." He said, "Oh, the money got stuck and I can't give you the dollar, I have to call a technician to open machine to give you the dollar. It could take up 24 hours for him to come" He did not even bother to say l can I get your name and number and we will contact you. Needless to say I wasn't staying around being tired from work to wait for a dollar or cause trouble over dollar,so, you see this is what Rebel expects and each time a person says screw it I am not waiting for a dollar Rebel gets the money. It's somewhat busy with a small property. But has a decent sized mart and accepts credit cards at the pump without the hassle of settling a pre pay. This is a big deal in Vegas. Plus it's between the airport and the strip, excellent location for travelers. read more

Terrible customer service - after filling up a full tank worth $50+, I asked if our kids can use the bathroom before a long trip back to SF area. Well, they do have a bathroom but not open to public and suggested (not so nicely) to walk across the street to an unknown location.
