Pretty solid boba spot in Downtown Decatur! The packaging and the drink flavor were perfect. I love the free stickers and the pop-up events that they seem to host often.

We really liked Rebel Teahouse! Got the Dirty Matcha and Roasted Oolong Milk Tea. Both were good, but the matcha hit it out of the park- vibrant, creamy, on the sweeter side. Oolong was lighter and not too sweet. The boba was perfectly cooked. So glad we got large for both. Service was fast and friendly, ambiance was nice with lots of seating and natural light (great spot to hang out). Parking was either on the street or paid deck. 9.5/10 would recommend!

My favorite tea place, I always get mango sticky rice. The employees are so nice and it's a cute, clean place to relax .

Cute place and decor. Free stickers a bonus. Good selection of drinks and options. Service was friendly. On the higher end for price. Nice place to sit and hang out. Taste was ok but a bit watery.

REBEL WITH A CAUSE... rebel teahouse is my fave boba shop in downtown decatur that I love to stop at whenever I'm in the area. From our very first visit when they first opened until now, it's one of our favorite local boba shops in Atlanta. The owner Christine is super sweet and friendly and greeted our pup with a free mango puree pup cup. Dog friendly indoors!!! Their boba is solid. I usually go for one of their "dirty" drinks - the very first drink I tried was what lured me in - the seasonal Dirty Pumpkin. Christine recommended we try it with crystal boba, which provided for a delicious contrasting texture. We also tried the Fresh Taro which is finished with a vibrant purple taro puree. The strawberry matcha is also a delicious option if you're a matcha girly like me. All the drinks we've tried have been beautifully and tastefully made, and the cups are high quality plastic. My only complaint is that it's not closer to me in Dunwoody!!! Love that Decatur has scored a Local Bubble tea shop that's actually GOOD!

Such a cute shop! The Christmas decorations are adorable! The customer service is actually amazing! They take the time to explain if you have any questions. Tried the matcha latte with tapioca and almond milk! The matcha was so good! Definitely check it out!

My girlfriend and I stopped by for some of their fun and fruity drinks and oh boy was it good. They take your order quick and they are super friendly. There's plenty of seating and public street parking (being in downtown Decatur) with a bunch of soft girly vibes. Not a bad place to grab a drink and chill.

It's my favorite boba shop, probably in the Atlanta area. The drinks are always delicious especially the matcha. The service is always friendly and inviting. They have indoor and outdoor seating and decorate for all of the holidays.

I finished a float therapy close by and saw this was in walking distance so decided to give it a try. And in short, so glad that I did. I ordered a matcha latte with oat milk and no added sugar. It was tasty and I had finished half of it before realizing I didn't take a picture. I'll be happily returning here for the drinks, service, and bubbly environment. There's also some outside seating.

Holy!! I've been putting off Rebel Teahouse--thinking it was just another basic boba shop--for the longest. However today, they proved me wrong. My cohort of 3 got the Dragon Fruit Jasmine Tea, Fresh Taro and Matcha Latte. Each one was super good. Dragon Fruit Jasmine Tea - refreshing, sweet, and not bitter, 9.5/10! (I regret getting Grass Jelly cuz it was hard to eat it, its those big cubes ones) Fresh Taro - super delicious, server was super nice and made sure we were okay with the paste/texture, 10/10! Matcha Latte - this drink was the reason I visited--saw so many tiktok about it--and it delivered!!! strong matcha flavor, no bitterness, handwisked, 10/10! Their boba is also firm and chewy, BUT NOT HARD! Which shows their good quality ingredients. Not only that, they do NOT use honey to sweeten it, so ppl with allergies are safe to consume. 10/10, will visit again, the place is also super pretty and vibey too!

I love when shops decorate for holidays and Rebel Teahouse did their thing for Halloween! The vibe was fun and the service was awesome. Everyone was friendly and enthusiastic. I did have a short wait for my drink but that's to be expected because they make every drink to order. This is my favorite tea house.

Rebel was so cute, located in downtown Decatur. The matcha is good, not too sweet. Service was great! Give it a try :)

Small setup, Big Chill! Perfect for people watching :-)

I got their zataar bagel with the roasted garlic and chive schmear, and it was an amazing savory combo. There's only a handful of tables and a few bar seating, so I wouldn't say it's a studying cafe- more of like a grab and go or sip your coffee with bagel type place. Cashier was super friendly when I asked her recommendations. I tried their homemade lavender syrup in a latte. At first, I didn't think it was sweet at all and just tasted like coffee. But you definitely need to mix it with a straw. The lavender taste was lovely, sweet, and not synthetic at all. Next time, I want to try the orange creamsicle which is their seasonal syrup and comes with marshmallow foam.

I was also able to maneuver to the Rest Room with no problems. The establishment is meticulously maintained. No staff person is standing around, and all the stations are monitored. The staff is professional and communicates well. I actually had a good time window watching; also there are tables outside. Right next to Decatur Marta Station you can't miss it. Highly RECOMMEND!

I've never done a review in real time before, but since I'm sitting here at Perc for the second day…read morein a row, what better time than the present? Let's get into it! Location and Parking Perc has a few locations, I have been to the location in Tucker, I am currently writing this review while at the East Lake location, which is located at the intersection of Hosea Williams Drive and Second Ave. There are a few spaces to park on the street but there is also a parking lot with plenty of free spaces. Venue and Atmosphere From the first time I stepped in to Perc, they had me. From the bright colors of the coffee bags, to the airiness of the space and the great playlist (think Snoh Aalegra, Thee Sacred Souls, and Cleo Sol). At the East Lake location there is plenty of seating inside, and also outside seating, which I opted for both times that I came, gotta enjoy this good weather right? Food and drinks I had the same thing both days, the Good Times Latte with a little extra syrup and the Crunch Wrap. I am not being dramatic when I say that the Crunch Wrap is hands down one of the BEST breakfast items I've had at any coffee shop I've been to. That probably sounds like hyperbole, but at one point I was going to a new coffee shop every week, so I promise it's not. It's eggs, cheese, hash browns, your choice of sausage or bacon (can't go wrong with either), and their special Perc sauce wrapped into a tortilla and griddled to perfection, and from the first bite to the last perfection it is. The latte is made with their in house vanilla lavender syrup and it is just the perfect amount of sweetness that I like. Service Service is fast and friendly, and they will complement your outfit, so wear something cool. Verdict If coming back twice in a row isn't an indicator that I plan to be a regular here then I'm not sure what is lol. Come here for the coffee and food, stay for the vibes. I know I will! Until next time!

The…read moreCrunchwrap was $9, and the combination of egg, hash brown, cheese, and their special sauce wrapped inside a toasted tortilla was delicious. Everything worked really well together, and I can definitely understand why it gets so much attention. I also tried one of their seasonal iced coffees for $6.50 that was inspired by a root beer float. I wasn't quite sure what to expect, but it was so good! It actually reminded me of a root beer float while still tasting like coffee, which made for a fun combination. Customer service was great. The cashier was friendly, welcoming, and answered all of my questions while I was deciding what to order. The coffee shop itself has a casual, comfortable atmosphere with plenty of seating. I could easily see myself coming here with my laptop and getting some work done. My only little complaint was that it was VERY cold inside, so I'd probably bring a sweater next time! Parking was also a plus. There's street parking available as well as plenty of parking in the shared lot, so finding a spot wasn't an issue during my visit. Overall, I really enjoyed my experience at PERC. The Crunchwrap lived up to the hype, my seasonal coffee was delicious, and the service was friendly. My only hesitation is the pricing. At $9 for the Crunchwrap and $6.50 for the coffee, I thought both were a little pricey for what they were. I enjoyed everything enough that I'd still come back, but the value keeps this from being a five-star experience for me.

The first I came here was a year ago when I got a chai. It was okay with some spices but overall quite milky. This place tends to be packed with students. Parking can be tight depending on the busy hours, but there's a free private parking lot behind the building complex. You can also enter the store from the back door where you'll find some bar seating and two comfy couch chairs. Sometimes Summit will open up its space for events or clubs to hold an event (I've been to one here!), but I've also seen it close early via sign on the door. Honestly, the drinks have been a miss for me. I got an iced pumpkin cheesecake latte where it's pumpkin flavored and with a pumpkin cheesecake cold foam. It didn't have the right flavors. It wasn't sweet enough nor did it have that fall pumpkin spice kick to it. The drink came out to be around $7 something for a 16oz, not worth it for a mid coffee.
