Traditional Must Thai gym for those interested in learning Must Thai is it's purest form and for those interested in getting fit and having a blast at the same time. Been going to the gym since April and it's been an incredible experience! The gym is clean and well outfitted with heavy bags, a ring, mats with mirrors for working on technique, weights, and a small pro shop. The coaching staff is fantastic as well as the other students in pushing you to do your best with every drill and ever rep. Classes are relatively small, 3-7 students and a coach, but some classes are more popular than others. I joined this gym to get in better shape, but really fell for the art at the same time! I had a couple of people that I know recommend this gym to me, I saw that they were opening up their second location in smithtown so i didn't have to drive out to east meadow all the way from Northport. I went the first week it opened I loved every minute of it. All coaches are great and professional but coach Rod really helped me become better than I ever was at Muay Thai and I couldn't thank him enough.Definitely try out Rebel Thaiboxing the environment is great. The coaches are knowledgeable, the techniques are proven in the ring, and the fighters use the same strategies and techniques learned in class to win championship belts.
