I have always enjoyed a flawless complexion, which in part I credit my heritage, but I also have taken care of my skin and believe your base skincare sets the "foundation" for all else you put on your face and body. Anyway, I walked away with a couple of products that my lovey DH purchased for me. We were on our way to Bend from California early Saturday morning and 2 hours into our drive we hit a deer that ran right front of us at 70+ mph totaling out car. After making sure everyone was ok and we contacted insurance and tow company one of the first things I thought of was the air bnb and massages at a spa we booked and paid for. I also work as a cosmetologist at a salon and spa so I immediately wanted to let the spa know we weren't gonna be able to make it as soon as possible. The reception Was very understanding and checked to make sure we were all ok and apologized that it happened to us and so graciously (without argument ) refunded our "non refundable" deposit. They definitely did NOT have to do that as i agreed to the deposit and the salons terms and completely understand since I am I service provider myself who works at a salon that also enforces a cancellation policy. Their compassion for our situation was truly amazing and I am very grateful for their understanding and willingness to refund our deposit making our situation a little less painful.. I will absolutely be happy to book With them again in the near future when we can finally make it to bend. Top tier customer service and we are so appreciative. Thank you Anjou Spa! See you soon

With that being said, I was extremely satisfied with my first consult and treatment today, Hannah listened to me and considered my specific hair growth pattern, came up with a plan and package to target my concern areas, and had great bedside manner throughout. I also feel like the pricing was extremely reasonable compared to what I've received outside this area, but I did benefit from a "buy 5, get 3 free" package they are running until Nov 22nd. Also love that after those 8 treatments, they offer 50% off for "maintenance" treatments on spots that just need a refresh! I know I sound like a paid advertisement but I truly was so happy with the process today!

When I raised my concerns, I was told by Taylor, the injector that it was due to "my budget," and my request for a corrective session was outright refused. On top of that, the minimal results faded unusually fast...less than a month, making me question whether genuine Botox was used or the injections were not in proper area. I cannot recommend this clinic based on my experience. Proper technique, transparency and respect for patients are essential, and unfortunately, I didn't see any of that here.
