Not only do you have a full gym, spin room, massage area, the actual CF room is great. Padded floors, large rig, lots of equipment. Oh, and air conditioning. Who can do CF in Florida without air conditioning. Coaches Sean and Carlos have taught me more in the few months that I have been there than the 2 years I spent at my old box. If there is ONE regret I have in life, I wish I would've found CrossFit Warrior Eagle sooner and loved them longer!!! I honestly feel like my life completely changed when I found CrossFit! Sure my body has transformed physically and I have lifted things heavier than I ever thought possible, but I had no idea there was going to be a community and family aspect to what I thought was supposed to just be a workout! I walked into this box not knowing anyone a little over a year ago and now I walk in everyday giving hugs to people I consider my family, people I have grown to love, people I have cried with, sweat with, bled and fallen down and gotten back up with, and people I have said "I can't" to that have quickly corrected me and told me I could and I will! People I have watched grow into complete machines themselves! And the coaches, AMAZING!!! Head Coach Matt pretty much believes in me more than I do myself!!! We are all there for one another not just inside the box but outside too and are each other's encouragement! This place truly is my happy place and the one thing that I absolutely look forward to Every.Single.Day!!! I dread my rest days! I don't want to not be there, and I actually miss the people and that's how I know it's more than "just a workout"! If you haven't tried CrossFit, you should! It's definitely a more fun and intense way to get your cardio in, while also strength training and learning offensive and defensive hits. I used to box when I was younger so I'm so glad a boxing studio opened up near me. The membership pricing is very competitive for group fitness. $109 per month for unlimited class, for the basic package. I recommend trying it out, especially for women!! I haven't been to this gym in a little while, but I really loved it when I went. I saw some…read moreincredible results after just 1 month of consistently attending classes, which was much needed after months of not working out. They've since updated their equipment and their flooring, which is awesome. At the time that I attended, there was no open gym, which I know lots of people need to fit in a workout during the day. There's also no showers, so you can't wash after working out and head to work. But the owners are super sweet and down to earth, and so are the trainers. There's definitely a solid community there of people who encourage each other constantly. But it's not competitive, which makes it welcoming for newcomers like myself. I have a neck injury, and they worked with me to help me build strength without hurting myself. If you're looking for a CrossFit gym that isn't just full of people who are incredibly fit and intimidating, this gym is perfect. There are some people there who are super athletic and can life really heavy, but there's also a mixture of young and older people at all levels of fitness. You'll fit in no matter how much experience you have with the gym.

They let me try out one of the Isometric classes and a HIIT class; I did them back to back. I have taken Pilates prior but the heat takes it to a whole different level. The videos are easy to follow and the staff was so helpful in getting me set up. I really enjoy rowing and have taken classes previously but the the extra heat turned up this 15 minute class! The location is clean and you feel safe knowing that the door is coded so if you are in there late, no one can access the inside unless you are a member. Definitely worth the monthly cost!
