The first big difference we saw in owner Keith came when he we the only roofer that didn't use a drone and respectfully worked with the insurance adjuster so to help insure our claim wouldn't be denied again. Keith came highly recommended by people that are respected members of local communities. After meeting with Keith, I understand why. He is always around, is highly schooled and an expert on the different grades and brands of Shingles, and most impressive, Keith uses just one crew for his residential work! That speaks volumes as most roofers use whatever crew is avaliable. When it came time to pay them, the estimate number was exactly what we paid. It is difficult to say how much we value and appreciate the workers and the job they did without sounding like we are exaggerating. We aren't. We trust them. So much so that we are recommending Pro Construct Roofing LLC to family and friends. One of our neighbors had been denied last month when working with another roofer, and now Pro Construct Roofing is putting their new roof on! Kudos to all of the staff! Even had the gall to say that despite it leaking, it is not a workmanship or materials issue. Two other contractors both stated that they would like to do the repairs and gain some additional work, but they were sure that this should be covered by the contractor warranty. I ended having to pay ~$1450 to fix something that they messed up. We discovered several areas where corners were cut. Needless to say, I do not recommend Pro Construct Roofing.

They also installed shingles incorrectly around a vent and water leaked and stained a ceiling and they would not repair the ceiling. One night last June, all the houses in my neighborhood were decimated by hailstones the size of softballs for a good forty-five minutes. When I got home, my house was a wreck: windows throughout the house were broken, the sides of my home looked like they'd been through a hurricane, and without even seeing it - I knew my roof had been totaled (I was right). Needless to say, when I headed in for my shift at the restaurant where I work the next afternoon - I was feeling kind of confused about the sudden twist I'd just tripped on in my life. And then, something nice happened. The first table of the night was a pretty young lady with her little boy who sat at a table waiting for her boyfriend to meet them. While waiting, they happened to overhear me talking to my coworkers about the damages my house had suffered the night before. Suddenly - as I was coming around a corner - the little fellow called me over to suggest that I might want to talk to his mom's boyfriend - who was a contractor. When his mom's boyfriend finally did arrive, we wound up having a surprisingly good conversation. Josh is an intelligent, well-spoken person who exudes a good and natural feeling of sincerity. He gave me some good advice on how to simply handle the situation - whether I needed him or not. After twenty minutes of off and on conversation, the three of them - Josh and Sheena and her son Aiden - all left me with a very good feeling. My spidey senses officially kicked in as we were talking and told me that this actually might be a good way to go - and so I told Josh I'd give him a call the next day to discuss it a bit further. Josh and I talked a few times on the phone over the weekend - finally agreeing to meet together with the insurance adjuster the following Thursday. The meeting with the insurance adjuster turned out to be an extremely good one. The three of us knitted our brains together - and after an hour-and-a-half I walked away feeling like a weight had been taken off of my shoulders - one that was replaced with a nice feeling of confidence that things would be taken care of - and in a very good way. It was at about this time that I met Miller Weedn, the owner of the company. It's obvious that he and Josh were cut from the same mold. He's personable and intelligent - and seems very much dedicated to getting a job done - and done well. Anyway, the rest is history: within two weeks of the hailstorm, Josh had his crew out re-roofing my house. Not only was my house the first one in the neighborhood to get its roof totally replaced - but also - the fellows who built it did an exquisite job!! I'd help to build the initial roof many years before - and kind of feel like I know what to look for in a roof. I have to admit, three months after the fact, I still can't help but admire the sturdiness and well-chiseled look the new roof has as I'm returning home from walking my dogs! In quick succession, the windows were all replaced, the fence was repaired and re-sealed, and the garage was repaired and re-roofed. And to top everything off, instead of just pressure-cleaning and touching up the paint on the sides of my house - as the insurance adjuster had prescribed - these guys went ahead and painted the entire house from top-to-bottom and did an incredible job doing so (I was totally boggled!)!! I might add to all of this, that the fellows who worked with Rain Tight seemed to be aware that because I work at night - I slept during the day - and went out of their way to be as quiet as they possibly could. There were no jamboxes or loud conversations going on outside my window. In fact, I hardly knew they were there - except from the evidence of good works they left behind (as far as the roofers went . . . well - not much can be done about that noise - but Josh did offer to pay for a hotel for me to sleep in throughout all the pounding ((I decided to stick it out - and somehow I survived)) ). Frankly, I have nothing but good things to say about Josh and Miller and Sheena and Aiden and Rain Tight General Contracting. In my life, I've discovered that some of my greatest blessings have started off as curses - and this is one of those bolts of lightning that I'm very glad God sent my way!! : )

I have used Max and his team at Pro Builders to replace my roof twice. Once in 2003, then again…read morewith the last big storm that came through Richardson in 2015. The first replacement allowed me to upgrade the energy efficiency of my roof. Adding ridge vents and soffit vents. In addition, Max looked over every item exposed to the hail and worked with the insurance company to cover ALL the damages- not just the roof. This took place the second time as well. Max had teamed up with Rich and they took care of everything. This storm was far worse with more damage. It required replacement of the lattice on the arbor, replacement of some siding and fencing, refinishing and painting the damaged fascia boards, replacement of guttering, chimney cap, lawn furniture, broken pottery, broken landscape lighting, etc... It was quite an eye-opener to realize all the damage that had been done. I also used a lighter color of roofing and am happy to report my attic is much cooler in summer now.

If you are thinking of hiring Reveles Roofing to work on your property, PLEASE read this…read morebeforehand. It could save you from a massive headache. We had them do a number of projects on our house (roof, gutters, sprinkler system, lawn care, etc.). One of the workers needed to go into the garage to access the sprinkler control system. I was out of town, but my family at home asked the workers if we needed to move my car out of the garage to avoid any issues. The workers told us it wasn't necessary. Fast forward over a week later. I'm back in town, and I find three feet of scratches along the entire right side of my car. Many of the scratches were permanent. To make matters worse, this is a limited edition vehicle (though frankly, this is obviously 100% unacceptable regardless of the car's value). Even worse, I had to discover the damage myself because no one informed me about what had happened. We spoke to Martin, and he said one of his workers probably walked too close to the car with keys or something around their belt, causing the scratches as they walked by. Extremely reckless. I'm being serious when I say they almost had to be deliberately negligent for this to occur. There was very little space between my car and the garage wall. I honestly have no idea what they were thinking. Martin then tried to have me take my car to body shops he recommended, asking me to drive over 40 minutes each way to a shop he picked out. I told him no way... you damaged my car, so I get to choose who works on it. I consulted several local shops, and all of them confirmed the scratches were permanent and that a full paint job would be required. Repainting just the two body panels was possible, but the paint wouldn't match (tri-coat red paint, difficult to match), and I wasn't interested in repainting the car for any amount of money. Martin then tells me he has someone he trusts who can come to my house to work on the car and avoid a repaint (impossible, but I figured I'd give this guy a shot so Martin could see for himself that the damage could not be fixed). Well, what do you know... this guy no-shows twice without any notice. I came back to town for the sole purpose of meeting his guy to attempt the repair. After his first no-show, I verbally communicated to him that I was frustrated from the first no-show and to make sure he could come this time around, and he still couldn't show up. Lovely. In the end, I sold the car for a similar replacement because the scratches were beyond repair, and I refused to have it repainted. This solution cost me multiple thousands of dollars ($15,700, to be exact). It was still cheaper than getting a repaint, as quotes for repainting were between $12k-$15k, plus another ~$10k in depreciation. There were only around 300 of these cars produced, and it took me 8 months to find an appropriate replacement. We still owed Reveles Roofing just under $3k for the project at the end, which we kept (He had the audacity to ask us to pay that balance). As it stands today, Reveles Roofing has caused me to lose over $12k of MY money in this situation. I am generally a calm, level-headed person who doesn't get upset easily, but this situation left me angry beyond words. Of course, the car damage was a huge part of that, as it had sentimental value to me, but the way this situation was handled is unbelievable. You would think I am making this up. I strongly urge you to do your research, as there are hundreds of excellent contractors in Dallas. I urge you to avoid Reveles Roofing at all costs. You want to hire someone who does good work on your home and treats your personal property with respect, and unfortunately, Reveles Roofing cannot do that.

Allied Roofing replaced the roof (but not the gutters) of a house that I was under contract to buy…read more I think because the job was initiated by the previous owners and there was no one actually living in the home at the time to oversee the job, the workers cut a few corners and did a terrible job cleaning up after themselves. I noticed the gutters weren't working well and when I went up to clean them I realized why. Not only did the roofers leave about an inch of shingle shake in the gutters which was causing blockage all around the house, but they actually left big pieces of torn up t-shirts and a whole roll of masking tape in my gutters. There's still a piece of t-shirt on my roof that I can't reach from the ladder. It was really gross fishing that stuff out and such a pain to clean all that shake--in fact, a few of the spouts are still pretty clogged and I'll have to find a way to snake them. When I called them to discuss this, they basically just shrugged it off, saying that they always recommend replacing the gutters along with the roof (something I had no control over) and suggested I pay a handyman to clean my gutters---well that wouldn't be necessary had they taken more care. Really disappointed and I can't recommend.
