New roof was put on in November of 2016 with the previous owner's names. I have a receipt and the warranty is supposed to be for 10 years, including labor. I had to take this shyster to court because he would not honor the warranty of missing tiles when I first moved in. Said it was because I had reported him to the BBB. I gave him every opportunity to fix the roof, which would have taken less than a half hour. I won the lawsuit in court but he STILL did not honor the warranty. Now, I have damage to my roof, still covered by his 'warranty', and have notified my insurance carrier that I suspect he will not honor the warranty and repair the roof. DO NOT, I REPEAT NOT, USE THIS PERSON FOR ANYTHING, let alone a new roof. If they allowed minus stars, his would be a minus 10. Oh, I also posted on 5/21/17 should you care to read that post.
