Mr. Wimberger took over 11K of my money with zero results. I'm currently seeking arbitration to regain a large portion of my retainer. I had no experience using a lawyer and had no idea how to choose one. So I looked at reviews. Mark had a high rating, and people spoke well of him. I called and talked to several firms to learn about how they worked, what their rates were, and how payments would be structured. I found Mark to be very reasonable financially, and liked how he structured his billing systems. But what sold me was my initial conversation with Mark. He seemed genuinely concerned for me and my situation, and gave me more information and advice ( for free, by the way) during that initial conversation than any other firm. Mark knows the law well. It is difficult to explain just how much he did for me without disclosing too much about my case, but I lost track of how many things I was unaware of, that he not only brought to my attention, but took care of for my benefit. He got some charges dropped, some reduced, he contested things from my past and got them removed from my record.
