When you move out be aware when you vacate it and notify them, they will close you out of the area and can rent your unit even if you have paid for the remaining time. Had an issue with the card payment that was out of my control and they still charged me a late fee they would not remove it. Read the contract, they will not waver if the situation is documented. Their lack of communication and customer focus is the reason for the low rating.
