When you pay on the unit it takes a few days to get someone to unlock the unit. The Customer Service staff are nice, but the rules and remote communication options are poor customer service. No matter how the customer who is paying for a service communicates with them, they Do Not adhere to compromise arrangement. Attractive promotions to get to the facility, but they "kidnap" and hold "hostage" your items, for being 5 days late. I never posted about the illegal lock out and power drilling of my lock either. I have photos. I could've filed a claim, but I didn't.

The quality of services have grossly deteriorated over the past 10 years. The Mayhill Gate is never operating anymore. The building doors no longer have secure keypad access, there are motion sensors now. The floors throughout the buildings are covered with rodent feces. And the prices keep rising, right now my rate has increased 50% since I first started. I do not recommend this storage facility. If you do decide to rent a unit, please do not let family members with fragile health, very young, or very old visit with you. The amount of rodent feces could be very dangerous if the feces becomes infected with the hantavirus, take a broom, dust pan, waste bag, and mask with you when you go there, so that you can clear a path to your storage unit and sweep out your unit every time. ​
