Jeff has been a life saver for our family for the past two and a half years. He is so good with our dog Mowgli, both for walking and boarding services. I met Jeff about a month ago. Linda B. recommended him when I saw her with her dogs in our building. My dog walker had moved away. Linda told me how great Jeff is with her pets so I called and met Jeff that weekend. Well, he's everything Linda said he was. My two soft coated wheatens are in love with him to the point that they wait by the door knowing he's coming. He has a natural way with animals. I really like that he listens and follows your wishes. I am a huge fan of Jeff and his wife's dog walking service. I have an 8-year-old beagle rescue who is very shy and timid with strangers (animals and humans alike) and she also has severe separation anxiety. I met Jeff through another family in my building over 2 years ago and he is completely reliable and flexible. My work schedule changes daily - sometimes hourly - and I travel often. Jeff is the best. There is no 2nd to him. Our Lucy loves him and so do we. Very reliable and trustworthy. He not only took good care of our Lucy for the past 2 years, but he never got mad at us for changing schedule on him at last minutes. He also know I get stressed when I come home from work, so if he sees poop on the carpet when he comes to pick up Lucy, he will clean it up for me. One day over 4 or 5 years ago, my neighbor recommended Jeff and had such great things to say about him. I am lucky to have found Jeff and Lucia years ago. They are great people and run their business very professionally but also with so much love. I do not worry when Lola is with Jeff, it is comforting to travel and know that my dog is in great hands. My dog had to have ACL surgery a few years ago. The first few weeks of her recovery was hard, she had to be carried outside to go to the bathroom. Jeff was so amazing and took care of her and babied her until she was better. She is back to being her crazy self now but I do not know what I would have done with out Jeff at that time. It also amazing me at how Jeff gets my dog to listen to him, she ignores me but will do anything Jeff says. Jeff Zumbado has lovingly taken care of my furry family for over a year. I have worked with many pet care professionals throughout the years and I could not recommend anyone more highly than Jeff. My family consists of a Basset, a Chihuahua/Dachshund and two Calico Cats. All are rescues and have had behavior issues. The amazing thing is they do not have them with Jeff. We couldn't recommend Jeff and RBY any higher. Unfortunately we left Jersey City and our biggest regret was loosing Jeff's care of our big dopey boxer Bunker.
