The problem was the sky light was not installed properly and caused leaks. The heat and sun has dried our caulk and cracks have formed. Caulking like we did before would be necessary when new leaks form. We wanted his thoughts and appreciate his honesty. He did not try to sell us something we did not need but explained the situation so we could understand. We look for contractors that are knowledgeable and honest and he rocks. I contacted Glenn at Ga Roofmasters & he sent out John White who had been in the roofing business over 25 yrs. He pointed out that the roof was not properly done - the screws were screwed directly into the roof osb panels- no 1 x 4s on the osb. My house had metal corner panels to prevent wind updraft - the garage did not. The garage roof was very steep & there were high winds at times being we lived on a ridge. John redid the roof. From watching John I knew he had a good work ethic & knew what he was doing. I liked him & he did a very professional job. He had all the tools he needed. I was happy with the job he did & definitely would recommend Ga Roofmasters to anyone.

We were out of house due to painting cabinets…read morewith oil based paint at first. first week of work was fine except they didn't spray paint cabinets like they said, when we pointed out brush strokes he told us, oh they just went back over them, no. they tore up all carpet floors,even tho these were supposed to be last. when we paid balance, they stopped showing up regularly. they never finished stairs or railing , even though they tore all carpet up, they mangled outside of french door as it was wrong size and they didn't tell me before they cut into the wall. they originally told us it would be 3-4 week job. it's now December and stairs aren't done and lot of work was sub par, owner blamed it on ppl he hired, but he wasn't here overseeing work. now he just doesn't answer my texts and work isn't done, back door is still mangled. I only gave him a 2 on the review because the original wall painting was good, except for cabinets.

I missed Whitney's call, but she called back the next day and sent a text. We set the appointment for today and MacKenzie arrived an hour earlier than scheduled. He used a drone, took pictures, and identified the area where the leak could be. He found the area in the attic, caulked it, and listened to me as I cried my thanks. Definitely not a scam.
