I accidentally backed into my garage and took my car here for a quote. Richard assisted me and gave me a reasonable estimate. The other two estimates I received from competing shops were higher (almost twice as much) and required replacement of more parts. Richard acknowledged the possibility that if he can't repair it, he'll have to replace it and that'll cost more, but I went with him because he was willing to try and repair it. It took a little less than a week to fix and my car looks as good as new!! I am very happy with the results and the service! What an absolute rip off this so called business is! I went to Remy Garage and they offered to repaint my scratched door for about $500. I thought maybe I could do better. I guess I can't because precision collision asked me for $1266.99???!!!! If your jaw just dropped on the floor imagine how far mine must have dropped! ! No thanks Precision! read more

I took my car in after a fender bender where another car backed up into mine. I dropped my car off last Wednesday and it was finished today, one week later. They did a good job. My driver side door looks like it's brand new and the other person's insurance paid for the repairs and rental so I paid nothing out of pocket except for rental car insurance. The lady at the front desk was friendly and Everardo, the gentleman that gives you the car repair paperwork and is the person who contacts you regarding repair updates, was nice and helpful. My only constructive criticism is that I'd have liked more updates since I'm very attached to my car but I can't complain. I received an email the day after I dropped my car off and it had the estimate for the repair and I got a call when my car was done. Hertz is nearby Precision Collision so they picked me up from Precision Collision and I dropped off my rental at Precision Collision for Hertz to pick up. My car was washed and cleaned on the inside when I picked it up. The mileage on my odometer went up by only one mile so I'm certain my car wasn't driven around town or anything. I cleaned out my car before dropping it off but what I did leave in the car was still there. Over all, I'm happy with the service I received. It's hard to find a good body shop in Houston. I've read some horrible reviews about other places but rest assured that this place is one of the good ones. read more

I got in a wreck last Christmas season (her fault). I was able to choose where I take my car to get repaired and my insurance agent recommended it. The service and staff here is fabulous. I spoke with Gilbert daily to check in on my vehicle. My car was fixed in a timely manner. I have no knowledge of their prices, because the other lady's insurance paid for this repair, however I will still go back there if anything else happens to my car. read more

I was rear-ended a week before a cross-country drive. Fortunately, Precision Collision was there for me. The insurance company quickly gave me a list of 5 preferred repair shops. I visited Precision Collision & two others. Only Precision Collision would promise to have repairs done in 3 business days, and they made good on their promise. The owner (who's name escapes me) said she was in the business for 20 years, and it showed when she explained to me the work they would do. Their service manager is a bid timid but thorough. He e-mailed me pictures of the work in progress. Can't comment on prices as this was insurance paid, but service and quality of work was top notch. read more

Horrible horrible. I brought my company vehicle in here for a minor dent. They quoted it at 2 days. Not only did it take much longer for a minor issue (literally should have taken a day) but when I came in to check on my vehicle (because nobody would call me back) the vehicle was done and sitting in the back. Yet I STILL COULDNT GET IT!!! They are saying that the inspector has to release it. Mind you, this isn't a major type of damage. It could be easily equated to a scratch! I waited for over an hour because the only person who can make a decision was at lunch for about an hour and half! This place is so unprofessional. Just because it's a fleet vehicle they'll try to hold it longer to get whatever money they can from the company. Smh. This is a shame. read more

I took my car here after reading favorable reviews on yelp. It was also a recommended repair shop since the repair was a claim with State Farm. I just got my car back today, and the repair and paint look good. They also vacuumed out the inside for me which I really appreciate. And they did the repair pretty quickly, in three business days. Everyone was friendly and polite, but when I picked up the car the guy didn't look over it with me, just handed me the key. I'm also disappointed that they didn't touch up a couple of additional dings on the car like they said they would when I took it in. read more

After reading a lot of reviews, I decided to take my car for fixing my front bumper and passenger side cosmetic blemish. I received a quote for both claims via email. The car was also delivered earlier than committed. Overall I liked the service as I can drop off my Enterprise rental car at the same location. The finish was very good. Would go back again if there any more claims to fix. read more

I arrived the other day with some scratches, paint and minor dents on my Infiniti door panel. Jose gave me a quote, but then took it around back to see if the paint and tire marks could be wiped off. They were! And the remaining dents were barely noticeable, good enough for now anyway. Really appreciate the extra effort to save some money for a customer. read more

GO ANYWHERE ELSE!!!! Long story short.. My car needed repairs Insurance adjuster said two filter changes, a oil change, and a wipe down totaling 1.5 hours of work. EASY!!!! Two Fridays ago I sign the papers authorizing them to work on my car and they ask for the key (that was left in the car). "Oh, I will have the mechanics check again... EVERYWHERE!" The following Wednesday they find said key (in the car THE WHOLE TIME). Thursday evening at the end of the business day THE SAME WOMAN calls me asking for paperwork they need ... AND CAN'T START WITHOUT (which she should have asked for in the beginning when I signed the papers but whatever!). I email it to them that night for them to have first thing in the morning. Friday I ask for an update did they get the papers? Did they start? What is the verdict? Did they find anything else? Is it ready? (Remember only 1.5 hours and an oil change) THE SAME WOMAN said, "It's not ready yet it wont be ready till sometime next week." Two weeks later for a 1.5 hour job I still don't have my car, they have screwed up on every point from the beginning, and there is no end in sight. GO ANYWHERE ELSE!!!! read more
