Two final comments: 1) as a first time customer, I had to figure out about purchasing the card to play the games, bowl etc. When I found the location, there was a "Closed" sign on it, so I commenced to hunt an employee to help. Older gentleman snatched the sign off it and when I asked about it, was told "it was open the whole time". Well sorry, but I'm not in the habit of removing or ignoring signs like that. 2) at one point during the bowling, all the other lanes were activated and every single bowling ball in the facility came back up the lanes to us.
