Quick reliable service, responded to our questions/emails within hours, offered pick-up within days of our first contact. On-site data destruction of hard drives, a certificate of the destruction and certificate of all recycled material was provided via email within days to our company. The technicians that arrived at our office were helpful and friendly. Computers, laptops, monitors, server panels, components, hard-drives, power cords & cables, mouses, and miscellaneous electronics, they took it all. They are very profesional, friendly and hard workers. when it comes to recycling our E-waste they are our togo company. After getting quite a few of their unsolicited emails, I responded with our address, a list of our e-waste, and a request that they confirm the date so that we could have it all ready. We got neither a confirmation email or a visit, bu a couple of weeks later we got another of their announcements. We pay a small fee to a local recycler to pick up from us, we'll just stick with them. read more

Professional and friendly crew comes to get my "tech vomit" every month or two - - which works great for our IT Consulting business. At Sage IT Systems, we recycle our customer's old computers and wipe/destroy the hard drives at no charge. These guys send out dozens of SPAM emails per month. I have UNSUBSCRIBED over 8 times to these emails and I continue to receive them for over 6 months. I call the number and only get voice mail, left messages and no one returns my calls. They need to respect the SPAM laws and Unsubscribe when notified. STOP AND RESPECT WE DON'T WANT YOUR SERVICES, STOP SENDING JUNK EMAILS!!!! read more

I received and email From Keith, wanted to check If it is a legitimate company, because I have about more than computers and other related stuffs to dispose them off. I looked at online and came to yelp reviews, then I called to this business, it was Keith who answered the phone, I mentioned about his bad reviews to show my concerns, his response was very cold and kind of rude, without listen to me, he just hung up the phone on me. too bad, I wouldn't waste my time with this kind of people, rather look for another one. read more

Don't waste your time with this company. They reached out to our company, so we scheduled a pick-up with them via email and pulled out all our electronic recycling/waste so we could give them an itemized list ahead of time as requested. They never showed up, and since then have stopped returning our messages. We now have a pile of recycling sitting in the middle of our office waiting until we can find another pick-up service. read more

I receive e-mails from Keith, sometimes on a weekly basis asking if we have any pick-ups we need. I reached out to him 3 weeks ago, replying to his e-mail asking to schedule a pick up. This e-mail was never responded to. I reached out again when I received another generic e-mail from Keith asking if we had any pick-ups, and again I mentioned we would like to have a pick-up done. This e-mail was responded to, but AFTER the pick up date that he was suggesting, so we missed another pick-up. He apologized, and asked if he can come and pick it up the following week. I agreed to this, and sent him an email the day before confirming the pick up, and what we had to be picked up. He never responded to this e-mail, and worse, no one showed up to pick up our items the next day. When I emailed to complain, he apologized again and asked if he could come next week. I told him I've been holding on to this stuff for a while now, waiting on his pick-ups, and need it picked up this week.. No response to that e-mail. I called the main number and spoke to Katie. She profusely apologized for my experience, and told me that one of her staff would call me to schedule a pickup that day, and they can come the next day to pick it up. Not only did no one from her staff call me, but there is no pick up. Don't waste your time with this company. I think they weed through e-mails and try to find the biggest amount of recyclable items that will make them the most money and ignore the rest. Even though I had a fair amount of items to be picked up from my company, I guess I wasn't considered important enough? I know that after speaking with my managers and informing them about my experience, my company is choosing to go in a different direction. read more
