Place has really good trade in value, you get your entire money back or they take a tiny bit from you. Very large amount of games from Intellivision to PS5. Workers are very nice, even to young gamers. They understand geek culture, which is probably the reason you're there. 12/10 totally recommend. read more

This store is the warden of the once-endangered Amarillo collectible card gaming community as well as having the best knowledge and service for used video gaming equipment. Even in a big city, it's hard to have an independent first-class alternative to the Gamestop style ripoff. These people really care that you have a good time, and the owners Beefcake and Clint built this place from a stand in the flea market using just excellent service and a dedication to their community. It's also a good place for broken console repair. Nobody here is in it for the bucks, this is one of those rare places where the people work what they like in life and they are glad to see you enjoy the things that they do. They'll teach you a new collectible card game from the ground up, invite you to gaming events and really show you how to get the most out of a hobby. 1:The Store- Recycled Entertainment is in a good location accessible to everyone. It is right off of I40 and has plenty of places around it to grab food after hours of playing your favorite card games. It offers a relaxing atmosphere and has plenty of space for tournaments that sometimes just pop up on the fly. The merchandise is organized and easy to find. 2:The Staff- You'd be hard pressed to find a group of people who know more about their respective sides. Whether you need help on finding a video game or a new MTG card to compliment your deck, they will help you find it. If they don't have it they do custom orders and will find you the item you are looking for. 3:The Owner- From a small flea market booth to a large store, that's all because of the owners drive. His determination to give back to the community and bring a friendly spirit of competition to Amarillo is second to none. He looks for new and inventive ways to get people excited to play MTG and other games like Force of Will. His willingness to promote the competition and even work with them for events that help everyone is admirable and a refreshing change. I love this place! Such an awesome atmosphere. The staff are wonderful and help a lot to try to find what you're looking for, even if its to recommend somewhere else if they don't have what you need. They have a calm atmosphere during the day and at night it's sooooo energetic because FNM, (Friday Night Magic), is going on. The staff and participants of magic the gathering are friendly; if you plan to learn magic the gathering, they assist you and try to help you get in the swing of things. I just recently moved in the area, and hands-down this is one of my favorite stores. Have a great placed by trade and sell my retro Nintendo games. The staff is amazing and very friendly. I highly recommend you check out what they have. I don't know much about it but they also have a huge selection of magic the gathering. I would give this place 10 stars. Oh also they have a five dollar arcade. So you can take any game off the shelf and play as long as you want. There's no other video game retailer in the area that will allow you to do that. This is the second time I've tried to come here from out of town. The first time they were in the process of moving but there was no indication on there website or Facebook but a crude sign on the door. This time once again nothing on either and I called repeatedly until two hours after they're supposedly open when I got a message saying they're closed. Completely unprofessional and I will not be back. An updated voicemail could have gone a long way. read more

The guys at both locations were super nice! I went to the one on Washington looking for something and he called the other store for me (which they had what I needed) so I went over there and they were very helpful. They helped me on the price too because I only had so much on me. Plus they were also very nice to my little daughter that I had with me. Will definitely go back to look for games! read more
