That's what I call a successful errand. The girl behind the counter who printed my label was very helpful since I have never used their service before and showed me how to send her the label after I purchased it so she could print it out at lightning speed for me. I asked the young man at the cashier counter if they had any single pens and he pointed me to a large selection of them. I thought the Sharpie markers were kind of expensive compared to other stores but I bought a nice purple ballpoint pen that writes real smoothly. I left the store happy and satisfied I had accomplished what I set out to do plus more. Update: I've been back twice in three days and still leave happy each time. It would have cost me about $3.50 to print these 3 labels at the local library. Preslee gets an A+ for patience and know-how. Update: 7/28/17 I've now come in here 6 times and every time I have gotten wonderful help. Today I wanted to print out a little tiny label to save myself having to write it over and over and over again for a craft project. All I had to do was hand print it one-time the size I wanted and the girl behind the counter was able to print it out 15 x on one paper so I can cut it out and paste it onto the projects. It was well under a dollar for four sheets which gives me 60 labels I can use. If I need smaller ones I can bring one of the copies back in and they will shrink the size and print more for me. How easy is that? I'm changing my four star review to five stars because I've had so many good experiences in this location.

UBREAKIFIX: A Nightmare Customer Service Experience…read more I've had a terrible experience with UBREAKIFIX. After my Samsung Fold 5's original screen protector bubbled, I took it to UBREAKIFIX. The first replacement lasted a week, the second a month. I returned to a different location for a fix, only to be told they couldn't help and I had to return to the original store. After months of waiting, I finally returned to the original store. The technician was unprofessional, took hours to fix the issue, and damaged my phone further. The final product had visible particulate matter and fingernail marks on the screen protector. My phone case was also missing. To add insult to injury, UBREAKIFIX corporate has been unresponsive to my complaints and has failed to offer any compensation. This entire ordeal has been a frustrating and disappointing experience. I strongly advise against using UBREAKIFIX for any computer, phone, video game console,or any repair needs. Read other people's nightmare experiences if you don't believe it. I will post this review anywhere I possibly can in hopes of preventing anyone else from having to go thru this.

It was a tough job because these notebook components are extremely compact, and in this case, the memory drive was small and had a proprietary interface so I just couldn't drop it into my desktop and pull all of files. What a surprise to hear from Cat-Man-Du that they could retrieve my personal information off my drive! Pictures, documents, music, everything! I learned 2 things from working with this computer repair shop; 1) Save yourself the hassle and pay these guys for their expertise in getting your computer issue resolved. Use the time you save tinkering on you computer to spend it with your family instead. 2) I am never buying a darn ultrabook ever again! Those pieces of crap are not worth my money.

I called Catmandu and spoke to Sebastian on the phone and he was amazing. He listened to the problem an explained to me what the possible problems could be. He was nice enough to let me bring it in and take a quick look at it to see if it would need extensive repair or completely out of service. After looking at it within a couple minutes he was able to get it back up and running. The guys are amazing and their customer service is second to none.This experience not only made my company a life long customer but I will also personally use them exclusively. I recommend anyone that has computer issues to call these guys. They know their stuff and know what customer service is. Customer service is a dying art but they are keeping it alive and thriving!!!! Maybe I shouldn't say this, but he didn't charge me for an estimate and when I went to pickup the printer he told me that the entire machine "has issues" and not to invest any more money in it - that I could go buy a new one at Office Depot for less than $100. And I dropped off and picked up the printer in the same afternoon. It was a little difficult to find the location - it is off Western Plaza, but it is worth persevering. This place loves computer, not because they are money-makers, but because this guy is so old that he has been in the business from the start and loves working on them. Too bad he doesn't work on cars.

I will not be shipping hest buy again…read more We went in to purchase a 700.00 camera kit for our upcoming vacation. They didn't have it set up on the camera stage but said they had one similar to test out before purchase. I went to pick it up and test it out the employee advised not to because the alarm would sound (it was very sensitive) I asked if he could help us find one we could handle so I could test it out. He advised "all of the batteries are dead" I asked him to change them out. He advised the alarm would sound and they didn't have the key to release it and change it out/charge it. Why have cameras up for display and to be tested and not keep up with charging the batteries or changing them out? I asked if I didn't like it after buying it could would they take a return,he advised yes for 14 days. They tried to up sell me on the warranty and didn't even know what it covered,didn't even know what the manufactures warranty covered. Against every cell in my body screaming "walk away and don't buy it" I bought it, only to return it the very next morning. Upon returning it they kept almost a 100.00 of my money for a restocking fee... had I been able to test it out at the store before buying I wouldn't be out 100.00 because I wouldn't have bought it! They have gone downhill and are below subpar for customer service and the condition of their store/what's available to test out before purchase. Luckily they were able to take it and e-recycle it and provide me with a good deal on a new laptop to get up and running again.
