They may have gotten good reviews from those who only need a specific item or items taken, but beware of hiring them for anything else. My mother was verbally assaulted by an employee today. Before she even got the box out of the car an older white man, red faced, screamed at the top of his lungs "you can wait in line like everybody else". She got back in the car because she was so scared by him. She reparked and went inside to tell the manager because it was so upsetting. The mam followed her inside and stood next to her leaned forward and intimidating while she politely explained what happened to the manager. Then she left without donating. She came home shaking and crying. I'm furious that this happened and want the employee fired. He was a 65ish white male, blue shirt, blue shorts, working at the donations. Small laundromat, with 18 washers. There are 10 single load washers that are $1.75 (2/2015) per…read moreload. Six washers are $3.50 and two are $4.00. Dryers are $.25 for eight minutes. The facility is clean and obviously maintained by the Pizza place two doors away. The machines were shining because they have been wiped down, and all were in good working condition. Wash time is incredibly shorter than the thirty minutes I am used to with a wash cycle of 15 minutes. Clothes came out smelling fresh and I hope this is not because of the short rinse cycle. The dryers have substantial heat, so they get the job done provided you don't over stuff them. People leave paperback book for patrons to borrow while waiting, or to take home. My only complaint is the 1990's TV that has a 'display' box blocking one third of the screen. C'mon, TVs are cheap now. Build a retaining box if you are afraid it will get stolen!
