The sandwich has ham, roast beef, turkey, provel, and is dressed with lettuce, tomato, pickle, onion, pepperoncini, sweet red pepper sauce on french bread. My wife, being vegetarian had the Panino Fresco. It included mozzarella, provolone, dressed with homemade olive salad, tomato, onion & Italian vinegar oil on an Italian roll. This was the first time in 26 years that she finished the entire sandwich. I had a bite of hers, and it is easy to see why she she finished it. So good. I've been through the area often on i55 but never seemed to be a time that they were open. So after seeing all the billboards on the interstate over the years I decided to stop in. I selected some brats, snack sticks that were refrigerated, unlike the quick sticks at the store and some jerky. Snack sticks were excellent and similar to a local butcher shop near my house, however the jerky was awful. Hard and tooth breaking, it also emitted some fat/lard after opening the bag. It may have just been a bad batch but not sure I would go back just based on that experience. I have yet to try the brats so will update if I think they bring the grade up. Friendly staff though! Will consider giving them another shot and hoping it was a bad jerky batch. Posting some pictures of the jerky and packaging. White stuff is all oozed out fat after I opened the package.

However the thick cut porterhouse, costing $27 was tuff when cooked to MMR, this was a big downer we had expected a whole lot more. the Link breakfast sausage was under seasoned it left us thinking it didn't bring anything special to the breakfast meal.
