We booked the limo well in advanced and had the location and time set so we weren't any problems to occur. The limo Driver didn't show up at all to pick us up at riverside park and take us to the prom. When i called to see where the driver was the women on the over end was so rude and hung up on me. I got driven to prom in a red mini van instead of the stretch limo that was expected. After prom the limo was still suppose to pick us up at 10 and take us to the after party. An hour later waiting on the side of the road in a dress freezing he showed up with a coffee.... He yelled at all of me and my friends demanding we pay him half of the full payment (300$) plus a 60 dollar tip... are you kidding me right a tip for his beyond terrible service where does he get off... When we told him he was out of his mind he told us if we didn't the full agreed upon price for having the limo for the night would be charged to the credit card that was on file for a deposit. Wanting the limo prom night experience and not to be out that much money we gave him what he demanded. As soon as we got into the limo I regretted doing so. The ipod jack was broken the radio didn't work and the driver still persisted being rude. When we got to a friends house to change into normal clothing he said he'd only give us ten minutes to change and if we weren't done in that time he'd drive away... This service made prom so stressful and a night to remember in a bad way. Learn from my experience DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE I cant stress enough how bad it was and tell everyone who will listen not to use it

Overall, great new cars, on time, ok cost, and good drive... so why the 3 stars only? The driver behaviour is what made is just a bit 'blah'. I called into their toll free line and they were quick to respond and take all my information to get the airport limo booked in 5 days advance. I liked how the driver came in early and waited nicely on my driveway till I was ready to leave. The car was spotless and new. I appreciate how the driver was clearly not new to driving in Canada and went at a good pace on the 401. In addition to that, it was clear that he was a very safe driver and anticipated the other driver behaviours. He was able to make polite conversation throughout the route without being too personal. That was a nice touch. When it came to paying the driver, the amount given was no issue but as I swiped my credit card, it came up with a choice of 3 tips ... 16%, 18% or 20% tips. This tip amount was definitely high and out of my company's policy so I gave him what my company allows (12% max). When I handed him back the credit card terminal, he made a face that was clearly unhappy and a dirty look. He didn't even bother to say good bye as he dropped my bag in the middle of the road instead of the sidewalk by the terminal. It was a stark contrast to the behaviour during the drive. I get that he wanted more than 12% tip... but his final behaviours definitely didn't earn it or repeat business from me. I'm going back to my other airport limo service.

Our Plane arrived on time and after numerous phone calls to the limo service we were not picked up at Toronto airport until over 3 hours later!!! I waited with my elderly parents and 2 young children in the airport during the wee hours of the morning. When the limo did arrive, the back door was frozen shut, the heat didn't work. We all froze for the hour ride back to the house. When I called to speak with the owner today seeking an apology and some kind of compensation I was amazed when I was told that my description of the events "couldn't be" and he denied my claims and dismissed them. Please spare yourself and your family from a similar experience! Find another ride.
