$10 lunch menu is great, with fresh succulent meat suatee'd veggies of your choice and don't miss the salsas. I was there during lunch so wasn't able to taste the bourbons rums or tequilas. I'll be back for that. Check out the Sunday menu too. One of the things I really liked was the owner's sense of humor and how kindly he was treating his new cook while training. Great local hang out. I spoke with Greg, the owner as I enjoyed a frosty Shiner Bock (Texas beer). Food blew my mind, just great stuff. A warm and inviting surprise. We came here on a whim for St Patrick's Day and found the team engaged in typical work type banter. No one took themselves too seriously, particularly Greg the owner. Lot's of great bourbons and cold beers on tap. The Whiskeyrita was surprisingly good too. Don't pass the taco dog either! Amazing simple creation of a sausage wrapped in a tortilla with cheese. First time here didn't know the procedure but caught on quick. Order drinks at the bar then seat yourself menu is on the tables. We had the sampler comes with 6 salsas, a queseo and black bean dip we loved all of them. Got Brisket taco add caramelized onion, mushrooms or grilled bell pepper to the tacos. Best bar and restaurant in Pullman! This is our go-to place, have to go at least once every trip to Pullman! Fun people, bartender remembers everyone, great drinks, awesome food and sauces. If you like spicy, there are plenty of options. If you don't like spice, their milder sauces have great flavor. Patio is not too hot in the Summer, heaters when it's cooler. Saw this place driving out of Walmart after work. My buddy and I walked in to check it out and we were very pleasantly surprised. Great atmosphere, outdoor seating and friendly staff. Went for dinner and drink, probably won't come back. Good service and nice server, order inside and they bring it to you. Went to order at 6 pm on a Friday , wanted to order a fajita bowl, but was told they were only serving tacos. They have a limited menu already, so wAs really surprised. No fajita bowl, no burritos.
