Been to Etsi several times in the past but last night the behavior felt a bit off. We were a large group of friends just trying to have a good time there, but the bar tender had reservations to serve us drinks from the very beginning. Very nuanced comments but it just felt slightly disrespectful, biased and judgy. Maybe our excitement was interpreted as being under influence. She was scared that I might puke and we were asked to leave despite an entire conversation regarding the dynamics, although we were just using the restroom for very obvious reasons in between our dance break. It's understandable that she was doing her job, so we didn't want to be a hindrance, but for a club, it was definitely disappointing read more

Etsi is a gem in Pullman. Cory, Blake, DJ Grape Vinyl, their line up of DJs, and their staff are absolutely amazing, welcoming, warm, inviting, and always ensure all have a great time. I am deeply appreciative of the good vibes of this space here in Pullman since fun places to catch up with friends and dance to tunes are rare here. I love the fancy chandeliers and plenty of tables to sit and chat. The booths are great for bigger parties. Onesie, PJ parties, and more are tons of fun here and I love how every now and then there are special events hosted here such as comedy nights and other events hosted by WSU and local groups. read more

I'm from Minneapolis, so when we were told about this AMAZING cocktail bar in Pullman, WA, we were like "yeah, right". We went, and it is an AMAZING cocktail bar. Our group ended up trying a bunch of drinks and they were all delicious. Make sure to try the Woohoo shot - it's delicious (strawberry, ginger, vodka)! I strongly recommend getting the bartender's choice if Blake is tending bar. She is absolutely phenomenal! On happy hour drinks were $6 a piece - in Minneapolis a drink of that quality and calibre even on happy hour would be $8+, usually more like $12-15 Can't recommend this place enough!!! Ordered a Cravo e Canela cocktail...then another one. I can get pretty snobby with cocktails, so believe me when I say that this was one of the best drinks I've ever had. The cinnamon and clove cordial, in my opinion, makes the entire drink. Smooth, not too sweet, just right. Classy, comfortable atmosphere. Service was attentive and down to earth. This may seem like a strange thing to comment on, but one of the main reasons you go to a bar is for the conversation - I really appreciated that it was a busy Thursday night but I could still hear others at my table without having to yell or lean in. Etsi Bravo is definitely a tasteful, mature place to grab a couple of drinks and dance away. In terms of music, I think Etsi definitely has a more refined play of music as compared to other establishments in Pullman. They typically play EDM and Top 40 music that are usually mixed very nicely. However, music does vary depending on the week. I usually come around during Fridays or Saturdays which is usually the busiest times during the week. Helpful to know if you're the type of person who enjoys the crowd energy! ALSO, if you're a graduate student like moi who may be stuck in Pullman for the summer, Etsi Bravo can be the best bet for being at least decently busy when students are gone. The cocktails can be slightly pricey but the service definitely makes the drinking experience worth it. The bartenders and cocktail waitresses are very friendly and professional. read more

Some friends and I met up at Etsi Bravo one night for drinks. First of all, the atmosphere of the place is a chill, modern cocktail lounge. There are many tables and couch areas to sit with your group of friends. The music was very modern and fit well in the dimly-lit environment. I heard there was even areas of the lounge that you can rent out for private parties! We visited on a "Tiki Tuesday" which meant certain drinks were on sale. This is a great option if you are comfortable trying something new from the bar! They have some classic drinks on the menu, but they can make anything you would like, you just gotta tell the bartender! All my friends were pleased with the quality of the drinks they ordered and I was as well. Prices are a little bit steep, especially for a college town, but it falls in accordance to the classy atmosphere. I will definitely be returning when I'm looking for a relaxing evening, visiting with some friends over drinks. read more

I come here about once a month with my friends to go and dance. The dance floor is smaller than stubbies but a way better layout. Nothing here looks dirty and the decorations are cute. The drinks are very well made and not really overpriced. The staff here has always been nice and attentive if I get a table. Etsi Bravo is nicely decorated with candlelit tables AND a dance floor. This place is more sophisticated and the crowd is more mature (in my opinion). Plus, the workers are very friendly and quick to bring drinks. The only negative is that they don't have fries on their menu! They only serve appetizers like almonds and deviled eggs. The grilled cheese and soup is the closest thing you'll get to a meal here. Don't get me wrong, the sandwich is good but their menu can be expanded. Over the summer my friends and I had some good nights at this club. They had a ton of people working and got our drinks fast but they were very expensive. The past couple times I have been my group is always mistreated by the head server/bartender. I Believe her name is Ashley and she is the worst in Pullman by far. If you she brings you the wrong drink, drink it. If she talks to you, smile. If she asks what you think of the bar, you love it. If you give off any vibe that makes her think she isn't the hottest and best thing ever, you will be thrown out by her goons within 20 min. I have never written reviews on anything but after the way she has treated my friends (male and female) I just had to warn people. It took me a while to be served. I saw at least two girls get to the bar after me and were served immediately. I'm sure if you're female service won't be bad. The drinks are a bit overpriced for the amount of alcohol you get in your drink. The bartenders don't seem to know as much about the drinks as you think a professional bartender should. The staff seemed moderately happy to be there but the atmosphere wasn't what you'd expect in a place rated so highly. I took to social media to question their knowledge on bourbon and I got a bad response and was insulted on my own photo (Instagram) before they deleted their comment. I do not recommend this bar. There are plenty of nicer spots in the area where I got 5 star service. When I come back to Pullman, I will not be seen at Etsi Bravo. read more

I went to Etsi for NYE with my friend. Some people kept trying to knock my hat off so we got up in their faces, but just decided to leave because we didn't want to start anything. As we were headed out, James (the dance floor manager) came over and explained that he agreed that the other folks' behavior was out of line and that he didn't want us leaving angry. I remember all of the different phases of this location, but Etsi Bravo is a beautiful addition to Pullman. Their drinks and space are excellent. Etsi-Bravo was recently the location of a high school reunion that I planned and the staff was perfect and very easy to work with.
