I'm not normally here at nights, but I think they're open until 5 Tuesday and Wednesday and then 9 the rest of the days. There are so many good things to say about this place, I'll try to keep it short (no promises): Having been coming here daily for a year, I've had the pleasure of watching the place and the staff grow. They had a couple of things going on when I first started coming here, but they've really branched out. Trivia on Fridays, WSU football games are live streamed. Open mic on Saturday nights, there's usually live music on Saturday mornings. Bingo on Thursdays just started. The owner supports local everything, including artists, authors, and musicians. There's a whole shelf full of board games and crafting supplies as soon as you walk through the door, so there have been multiple times I've been here with my kids playing board games and I've seen others do the same. The best part: Pet friendly. Beyond pet friendly. They sell puppy birthday cakes, kongs, pup cups, and quite few other dog related treats. There are multiple dogs that just hang out in the front with their owners, but there is a nice area in the back complete with booths and a barrier to allow friendly dogs to be off leash. Coffee and human food are amazing. Staff is lovely, supportive, and just overall amazing. This will forever be my home coffee shop as long as I'm in Pullman.

I like that they tend to have new things to try each time we stop by. They frequently have wine tastings on Thursdays (4-7pm) but we haven't stayed for any yet. Maybe next year. We used to frequently also buy lemonade here but sadly they stopped selling Fentimans Victorian Lemonade several months ago. They have 1-2 other similar options but we don't like them as much. Ex: wings come in mild, buffalo, and spicy, but one would assume the buffalo is a sauce but the mild was a dry rub (would be nice to know but not stated). Ex: Caesar is $14 and you can add "grilled" chicken, shrimp, or salmon for an extra $5 (in the case of chicken). My "grilled" chicken came out in cold chunks that looked like they had been rebought and kept cold then just dumped in the salad. When u order an entree salad and they say "grilled" chicken one would assume it's been freshly grilled for dinner, not just a salad that I could get in the deli aisle at a supermarket. Just an overall weird dinner for the price we paid. Service was friendly enough but sparse. Food tasted decent enough but when going out to eat I'd like to pay for more attention to the food than what I could put together with what I bought on my Costco run. Maple Manhattan was a solid drink though. Overall, not a 1 bc the taste was ok, but the rest was super underwhelming for what else is available in Pullman. Probably won't be back.
