From day one, they went above and beyond--doing a deep dive into the issue, checking the alignment, and really taking the time to investigate what was going on. Both Brett and Tyler sat down with me and clearly explained what they recommended and why. They also pointed out another part that needed serious attention, which I truly appreciated. When it came time for the service, everything was done right. They even took the extra step to realign my door after a wind gust had knocked it out of place--something they didn't have to do, but did anyway. That level of care really stood out. They also provided me with trusted contacts in my area, which was incredibly helpful. I needed to have a pre-purchase inspection done on a used Jeep that I was buying from a local…read moredealer. I'm located on the east coast, more than 1500 miles away, and needed to have this done in time for me to fly out to pick it up. Doug went above and beyond in rearranging his schedule to make this happen, and was always a gentleman and a pleasure to do business with. The price quoted was absolutely fair for the amount of labour that was involved in performing a full evaluation of the Jeep. Fortunately there were no serious red flags with the vehicle, which allowed the sale to proceed but he did find a few issues that the dealer will address before I pick it up. A big thanks to Doug and his wife. When I pick the Jeep up I will stop down to personally thank him and shake his hand for going out of his way. While there are many honest and skilled mechanics out there, one that offers excellent customer service and goes above and beyond in a pinch is a gem to find, and Northland Performance is definitely a gem.

Got it back,drove halfway home and the power steering quit working. Took it back to them and they said they forgot to tell me to bleed the system. Bleeding the system is part of the process. It shouldn't be my problem. Clowns. Got it back again and had the same problem again. Took it back again. Hopefully it's fixed this time. Clowns. 6 months and 4500 miles later I take my truck in to find out my NEW rack and pinion is shot. Likely due to negligence at the time of installation. Called good ol Northland and Derek said he would warranty the part but not the labor. Asked why not and was told he wouldn't honor the labor cause I gave him a bad review 6 months earlier. Wow,What a waste of time and money this experience was. Not recommended. Clowns

They are by far the most professional business that has been my pleasure to deal with here. I dealt with a young man named Gunnar and he was the consummate professional he did everything he said he would do. He worked everything into my schedule and I think went the extra mile to make sure I was taken care of. The quality of the work performed was great. He stayed in communication with me so I knew everything that was going on and he did everything he said he would do.

Duane's autobody works for the insurance company NOT you. Just had my daughters Bronco repaired…read morehere. Not my normal choice but was recommended by many people. My truck was at my normal body shop which was booked out until 2025 so we went with Duane's. Apparently some damage was pre existing before my daughter hit a deer. Insurance company did not authorize that work and was supposedly going to call us. "Never got a call" from either Duane's or Progressive. Low and behold I get a call that the vehicle is done. Awesome, by the way we didn't get the authorization to repair the passenger door, but it's done and outside on the public street we're only open until noon as it's Christmas eve. WOW, you didn't even call and see if I still wanted it repaired and if I was willing to pay for it myself. Now I have to take it to my original choice and pay a 2nd time to have it partially disassembled and color mated a 2nd time after you did the color match and re assembled. BUYER beware, if you don't bring in a classic and pay cash they don't carte about you. DEI or woke they're in this for the insurance bureaucrats. Shame that a locally recognized shop actually works for an out of state corporation. So much for locally owned taking care of their own. Forever lost my personal and companies business..
