Most of the sites aren't level at all as the property is on a pretty good hill... most sites appear to be too steep to get an RV level without blocked it up quite a bit... I think the spaces toward the back would be better but they were all full... and since they didn't want to give any information on the phone, I decided to pass on this place. The only thing I got out of them was that you had to go into the office to get to the washer and dryer.... just seems too weird to me.

Clean bathroom with shower if need, clean laundry with FREE new commercial size washers (it's the small things, lol). Everything works all the time. RV park can hold the largest of rigs (not sure about semi/RVs) as there is at least one large destination ttrailer. Wide lots - we are definitely NOT sardined in! Pads are all concrete. The storm shelter is a welcome addition as we have all been in there on about 3 separate occasions in 2025! Alabama lives up to its Dixie Alley weather, lol. Everyone is nice and looks out for each other. Yes, some of us are retired, many work in the area, and then the true vacationers. No matter what, it is a community. I feel blessed to have found this place!
