I had them watch my 2 cats at Christmas when I visited family. I found them online, their rates were reasonable, they covered a wide area of services. I contacted them & was given a link to click on to give them information about my cats eg. male/female, name, color, weight . Jonya came out for a meet & greet to see my place & my cats to get details about food & litter box, any special request, get a key & answer any questions you might have. She was very friendly & you could tell she loved animals. I received a picture text each day showing my cats in in my apartment so I could see they were in good health & well taken care of. I can't say how much I liked using Red Dog Sitters. I had last minute issues with a trip and couldn't find any kennels with space for Christmas. I called Red Dog and they got back in touch with me the same day to let me know that they had availability in my area. I was able to quickly setup a meet and greet with the sitter so that I knew who was taking care of my dogs and my pups got to meet them while I was still there. I have outdoor dogs that are used to being able to run and play whenever they want and it was really nice to be able to let them do that while we were gone for a week while still knowing that they were being checked on, fed, and played with. I received regular updates on how the visits were going and they even gave our pups their Christmas presents on Christmas morning! (a small additional holiday fee was added and it was very reasonable). The sitter got our mail each day, which kept us from having soggy mail since it rained a lot while we were gone.
