When no one showed by 11:35 on that day, I became concerned and called the company to determine if there was a problem. The representative I reached confirmed that the appointment was "in the system" but inexplicably had not made it to his calendar. He indicated that unfortunately he was currently headed for Venice, which is In the opposite direction of, and about 90 minutes from my residence in Bradenton. He asked if he could call me back in a few minutes. I spent the rest of the day waiting for his call and in the hope that he or someone else from the company might still show. However, I received no such call and no one ultimately showed that day. Moreover, I have has since received no follow up contact nor apology from anyone at this company. Very disappointing!
