Nor were they painted to our expectations as they lack luster and almost look like paint was never applied. The expense of this project and the disappointment experienced was not of value. We were expecting what we were promised! And for the record we canceled because the project that was supposed to start in March, and that my spouse returned home for was further delayed thus wasting a trip back, and had yet to be completed in June.

A great job was done. It is beautiful. We needed a window in the TV room repaired and painted. It is back to the way it was originally. Beautiful. Some water damage needed to repaired in the laundry room and the guest bedroom. Both areas are now as good as new. Maybe better. Are you beginning to see the trend? The baseboards into the Master Bedroom were in need of work to make them beautiful again. Now they look like brand new. A wall not on our original list of work was showing some water damage. They completely repaired the wall and repainted it. The fascia board around our lanai was completely repainted. Six requested repairs completed in very short order and the seventh repair, found while the other six were being worked on, was also done.
