Bob Eberle from Wiechert Realty was my agent. From the beginning there was poor communication. To…read morefind out anything I had to call or email him. When he did respond, it was not immediately or very brief. When I finally had an interested buyer, I waited 1.5 months for their loan approval. I kept my home staged in case there would need to be further showings. Bob made little contact with me during this process, and only when I contacted him. When I was notified that the loan went through I had 6 days to get my furniture moved out. I live in a populated area and that is difficult for anywhere. When I asked if we could push the move out beyond the closing, another week, I was told to "bite the bullet!" I am a senior and live 2 states away. I got no support from the agent who was working for me. At the closing I found that the buyers were not even beginning to move for another week. They were never asked about pushing the move out. Then, when I drove to the bank for the closing (the address I was given by Weichert's attorney representing me.) I waited until it became clear that no one else was there. I then discovered that I was given the wrong bank and had to drive 15 miles to the bank where the closing was taking place. Bob was not there, the attorney had to send a different attorney and I was given a brief apology for the confusion. The buyers real estate agent thought this was very unprofessional. In fact, I have never heard from Bob again. No thank you, no good luck, or apology. I would never use this company again nor would I recommend them to anyone.

We have been treated with disrespect and accused of lying and criminal trespassing. Ms. Nicolosi is extremely rude and disrespectful infront of potential customers and even wirse when it comes to handling her clients. I was accosted by this woman when she accused me of trespassing on a family piece of property and "changing the locks" without permission on a door. When in all reality she and her husband had problems opening the locks and started pointing fingers. I went over to help calm the situation and her negative tone and rudeness continued. I then unlocked the door for her with her own key and went back home fully embarassed and ashemed as she had ran her mouth in a negative fashion to me in front of potential customers. She always has a negative tone in her voice and looking to make someone out to be the bad person when she is even making mistakes.
