She put them in crazy, using her fingers, equipment, I was trying to let her know it hurts but she would tell me to keep my mouth open. Then I waited for her to ask if I wanted a slushie but she didn't ask me, I asked for a ball which I get all the time and she said they don't give them out, I went up to the front desk and asked for a ball and she gave me two. He said it was professional curtesy and he hopes my son's orthodontist in LA would reciprocate in an emergency. There is plenty of parking and our waiting room is large and comfortable.We try very hard to provide orthodontic treatment of the highest standard, and also to provide a pleasant personal experience while visiting us. Many patients comment that our office doesn't smell like a dentist's office. Although an unusual observation, still it demonstrates that we make every attempt for patient comfort.

The sunlight washed out my screen, rendering it useless, so I went into their office and asked to use their landline. The young lady, who was the receptionist, asked me who I wanted to call. I told her my problem, so she looked up a service, called and gave them directions. Within the hour, Bracken's Auto Tech & Tires had me back on the road. (I gave them a good Yelp as well.) My heartfelt thanks to her as, at 88, with a bad back, I can't walk too far, especially i 100+ weather. She was a lifesaver and I wanted those she worked for to know they have a gem.

My hygenist I think was Amanda and she was amazing, great with my kids. My second experience was amazing. My hygenist, skye, was so sweet, efficient and was amazing with my kids. Dr. Evans was very professional, honest and great with my kids. He understood that my kids needed to have a positive experience and he was so sweet with them. Skye did such a good job accommodating us and was able to get my little one to get her first x rays and my other's first teeth cleaning and walked them through it so beautifully! So happy with my experience!

The employee who took my X-rays at the beginning was super nice and informative. The people working at the front desk were also super nice and attentive.
