I called Eric and he scheduled the replacement at a reasonable cost. Wayne came on the day of appointment and drained old one. As they were working I realized condo had listed automatic shutoff valve. That was way expensive part and needed electric outlet which we didn't have. Wayne had to re-connect electric wires and refill the water heater and they had to leave. I complained to condo and they agreed that automatic valve was optional. Wayne came back next day and installed the water heater. They did not charge more for extra trip. Very professional work and honest people.
