We ended up with the Andy's which is brisket, portobello mushroom, caramelized onions & drizzled with balsamic vinegar. For the wine, we opted for a 2022 red blend called Bon Produit. It was classified as a dry but we find blends aren't typically very dry & it had a wonderful flavor & stunning freshness, balance, and finesse.
