As of this morning, both the rowing machine seats have issues with the bearings and on one of them the display is barely functional. The water level for resistenace is poorly maintained. Many treadmills are not fuctioning properly and some are not functioning at all. Some of the staff could at least pretend they like their jobs and not be short with members. Cleanliness is good.

His behavior (or lack thereof) causes my friends and I to drive out of our way to a different location, even though this is the closest one to us. Someone should really speak to this manager about the way in which he addresses customers and learning a lesson in humility.
