I'd hope this establishment isn't just standing idly by, as they were here first. We had a lady who's Aunt owns the place. So, maybe somewhat family ran? Which is usually a good sign for coffee places. I think, if I remember correctly. My Mom thought the coffee was good. I had a flavored Red Bull, and I thought that was a huge amount more flavorful than I'd ever had before. Plus, more real. I was beyond satisfied. But, unfortunately I think the service is still in the works of becoming great. They are new, you know. Nothing too bad, it just has a lot of competition. There's so many coffee shops in town. Overall, good coffee and convenient location will bring my Mom back. Really flavorful...syrup? Or...they mixed it better? Will bring me back. I'll love to see their growth. But over the last two Saturdays, my experience has been extremely disappointing because of the new barista, M. Two weeks ago, M waited on every person in front of me, but when it was my turn, she never took my order. She spent some time finishing (or appearing to finish) tasks for earlier customers, but once those were done, she drifted into random, meaningless tasks instead of helping the people waiting at the counter. My order was never taken at all--I stood there for 15 minutes and eventually left. It was one of the most bizarre customer service experiences I've ever had. This past Saturday wasn't any better. There were only about seven people in the café--three of them in my group--and yet M still couldn't figure out who a prepared sandwich belonged to. The same thing happened with a drink order. She simply couldn't identify which customer the items were for, even in a very small crowd. It was disorganized and frustrating to watch. Once again, the only thing that kept the situation from completely falling apart was D, the barista who consistently provides excellent service. D stepped in, tracked down the correct customers, took orders efficiently, fixed the mistakes M made with mine, and kept the café running smoothly. D is professional, attentive, and clearly cares about the customer experience. It's easy to understand why she seemed frustrated--she was essentially doing her job and M's at the same time. Keebler Coffee has been one of my favorite local stops, but M's lack of basic customer service skills--difficulty taking orders, organizing them, and delivering them--has made my last two visits extremely disappointing. If it weren't for D stepping up and keeping things on track, this review would be much harsher. I truly hope management addresses what's happening, because the service here used to be dependable.

I was disappointed with my experience here and won't be returning…read more I ordered two 16-ounce Snickers iced coffees with light ice. The drinks ended up costing $15 total ($7.50 each). When I asked why they were more expensive than the price shown on the menu, I was told it was because light ice requires more product. However, the menu listed a 16-ounce flavored hot mocha at $6.50, so I asked why the iced version was an extra dollar. I was then told they had raised their prices and pointed to a small sign, but the main menu board had not been updated. What bothered me most wasn't just the price--it was how the situation was handled. Instead of receiving a courteous explanation, I felt the responses were dismissive and snarky. After I said I wouldn't be coming back, the response was, "Well, have a nice day. See you again," which came across as sarcastic rather than professional. On top of that, the coffee itself was much sweeter than I expected. Everyone makes mistakes, and price increases happen, but menus should accurately reflect current pricing, and customers should be treated with respect when they ask reasonable questions. Unfortunately, this experience left me with no desire to return. I truly wish the prior owner still owned this stand. She was AWESOME.
