I looooovvvvvve the red light sessions here! They're 40 minutes long and I find the warmth of the red light very relaxing. And the results are worth the investment. I feel lighter, leaner, and more relaxed afterwards and my skin glows. I enjoy the health benefits but haven't seen a change in weight (although this wasn't a goal of mine). I have been here a handful of times. While I like and believe in the benefits of red light therapy, I don't think this is the most professional place. I would say of all the times I have been here, about 33% of the time, the person opening is either late or doesn't show up. This place is not always open, they open based on appointments, so if there's no appointments, they are not open. They don't do setup before you get there so the room isn't always ready for the appointment you made. For example, when I got there today (and yes the person was late today), the room she had me go in was ready for a full body red light therapy even though I booked a face only. So there was a towel on the body red lights and there was a towel over the chair, so it made me wonder if the towel was from the day before that someone used already, or was it a new towel? read more

Eric helped me, he took his time explained about how red light therapy works and measured my body component which was interesting and it was bonus that I didn't expected. Considering aggressive advertising on Facebook, this place is a joke. It is not Spa. If you've been to real SPAs, even not great ones before, you'll tell the difference. I caved in, bought a promotional session and scheduled an appointment. I got multiple reminders, and then was emailed a form that I was asked to fill out prior scheduled appointment. My arrival was rather unexpected for the receptionist or therapist. I was met with an awkward stare. Receptionist was staring at me, as if I'm just a stranger who was not supposed to come. She didn't know my name, despite it being added and filled everywhere. She was asking me questions such as what kind of procedure I came to get. But I don't know. It's my first time there, it is your job to help customers to navigate your business, and make them feel welcome, if you want them to continue coming to your business. Next, she figured she'd give me a red light treatment. We entered a very small bare minimum room that looked like a basement. Prior to me, another client just walked out of their room, and the table and space wasn't cleaned after them. I asked the receptionist/therapist about that, she said no worries, the other person wasn't undressing at all, but nevertheless she wiped it, but left it wet, so I needed to use a towel to dry it. Then I was let to have a red light session, but given the prior uncomfortable and unwelcome setting, it was meh. After that, she said the next part of the session is massage. You get to stand on the shaker platform for 10 min, and she uses some handheld massager. After the session, she was trying to make me pay for this session, even though it was already prepaid. I had to open my bank, and point into the transaction information. Complete waste of my time, and the whole experience was not worth even promotional value. For mere $40 you'll have better experience in Immersion SPA, or Bay SPA, or any other SPAs that have infrared saunas in their facilities. I should have walked out, and simply requested a refund. read more

Other than the place being slightly difficult to find, everything was so smooth and relaxing. Erik was really helpful and informative, walking me through all of my options and getting me set up for the treatment. I LOVED the red light treatment. It was like a little slice of heaven. Just the right amount of heat to help you relax and give you a nice glow without it being overwhelming. Erik also customized the treatment slightly and added some blue light therapy for my acne. The stretching at the end was also a nice touch. I was so relaxed the rest of the night and work up the next day feeling reinvigorated and full of life! read more

I have been going to Red Light Day Spa in Los Gatos for a little over a month. I love the place! The staff are really nice and welcoming. I love when Valeria. Is my technician. She is so sweet. The best part for me is that I love the results on my skin. At my age, I tend to bruise easily on my arms from thin skin. Since doing red light therapy, the healing time has been cut in half. I like the red light therapy. It makes you sweat most of all. Its very relaxing. Theres lots of benefits to the red light therapy. One of them is weight loss and another is its very healing. You can even get a facial with this larger lamp. You lay down under the warm lights and listen to music. Easy. Jade is helpful setting up the lights and answering questions. I have tried Red Light Therapy at tanning salons before, but this place doesn't do any justice! I literally felt the Red Light energy flowing down my whole body! Pain reduced: Before I started Red Light, I had moderate right shoulder pain with limited mobility. After the 1st session I felt relief and was able to sleep that night. I continued going back because of the relief my body feels every time I go. I truly enjoy it and the pain is almost nonexistent. Weight Loss/Inches: Weight loss is not the reason I attend these sessions but I have noticed a huge difference in my body. I wore a 2XL shirt, a size 20 jeans, and weight was at 256 lbs. After attending 11 sessions, I now wear a XL, a size 18 jeans and went down to 248 lbs. I noticed my skin feeling more tight and smooth. Face: I have rosacea and my pores were huge. After, my rosacea has improved to the point where I don't look like a red tomato but I still have some and my pores became smaller. Staff: Both Jade and Elena gave insightful information about benefits in doing RedLight and have been the best in providing a great and friendly environment. I recently visited the Red Light Day Spa in Los Gatos. Eric W. was the person who greeted me and explained what was involved in the Introductory Health assessment and red light treatment. I asked a lot of questions and he answered all of them. I received the red light treatment that included laying on the red light pads and then being covered with the red light pads on your body. He then puts a red light "dome" over your face and head. I spent 40 minutes on the treatment table while music was playing. Eric checked on me a few times during the 40 minutes and adjusted the red light tempature as needed. After that was over, I stood on a vibration machine for 10 minutes to help stimulate my lymphatic system to move waste products through my system. After the vibration session, Eric helped me with some posture stretches and lifestyle choices. I signed up for 20 sessions. I have had 2 so far and I have noticed a difference in my sleep, my energy, and my focus. I look forward to seeing what more sessions yield in positive health changes. read more
