Nothing but trouble from the glitchy app. Constantly getting kicked off and signed out. It is a…read moremajor pain to use every time. Signing up for classes is a frustration. You can't sign up until your monthly pmt goes through, but by then all the classes for the week are full. If you work or don't have a wide open schedule it's very difficult to find a class time at your level that works. The classes you pay for in a month don't roll over. They will work with you somewhat so you dont lose a class you paid for. Over-all, I found that what I was getting out of this was not worth the price or the hassle.

As far as the other 1 star rating regarding billing, BODYBAR is no different than any other gym with it's billing policies. Simply give the 30 days notice required, and billing is stopped for the next payment. I discontinued my daughter's membership and it was as simple as that. They also will conveniently put your membership on a temporary hold if you have a circumstance that might prevent you from coming in for a while. I love the teachers and would highly recommend this Pilates gym to anyone wanting a hard, great workout!

I almost couldn't hold in the laughter. Always happy to donate to a local charity I suppose. This franchise will never even be a consideration for me in the future. Also, they have staff in this bldg 3 days a week for just a few hours at a time, so when you need to cancel and it HAS to be done in person, you'll have to carve out some specific time in the schedule to go have your money stolen. And as you can see from the very heartfelt, yet super condescending and rude response from the OWNER, this is an excellent establishment, and a place you can feel good about spending your hard earned money

I've taken an intro class here before, and on Saturday I came in for my first official class at…read more11:00. (I got there at 10:55, so maybe I didn't show up early enough?) When I arrived, a class was already in progress, so I assumed it was the 10:00 a.m. class running a little late. I checked in, but the girl at the front desk didn't give me any guidance or explain that the class in progress was actually the 11:00 class. I sat in the waiting area for about 15 minutes before going back to the front desk to ask if the class currently going on was the 11:00 class. She responded, "Oh yeah, I was wondering what you were doing over there." It would have been very helpful if she had told me when I checked in that the class already in progress was the 11:00 class and that I was supposed to join it. Because that wasn't communicated, I missed a significant portion of my first class.

Facility was so clean, cute and ample parking. Mindy's class was so incredible. I do lagree 3 times a week usually and every time I meet a good instructor I get so excited. She had clear, impactful cues and gave great hands on adjustments. Had an amazing time and hope to come back. This is the best 45 min workout ever. Space was awesome and machines are ample in this space!
