Wow Mindy is an amazing instructor with clear cues, sounds amazing on the mic, and offers great hands on assists. It's an art not to talk too much on the mic and to be able to explain things easily. Decided to use my ClassPass here as I am out of town. Happened to be lucky enough to book class with Mindy who I found out was a master Lagree trainer. Facility was so clean, cute and ample parking. Mindy's class was so incredible. I do lagree 3 times a week usually and every time I meet a good instructor I get so excited. She had clear, impactful cues and gave great hands on adjustments. Had an amazing time and hope to come back. This is the best 45 min workout ever. Space was awesome and machines are ample in this space! read more

I came for a class through Classpass and really enjoyed my time. I will say the location is not really clear so I wish signage was more clear as I almost didn't find the class. Lo was super great as an instructor and gave me the run down. The class is both relaxing and tough, but not something thats so insanly difficult that you will be overwhelmed. Such a great workout!! I love coming here when I want a really challenging workout that I know will leave me shaking. The machines are a little older but I don't mind. The teachers here create such good workout routines that make class go by so quickly. The colorful lights are cool and the playlists that some of the instructors come up with are so great. read more

The workout is killer but accessible to different levels. The manager Yaicha was wonderful. They do require grip socks but you can buy nice quality ones there if you don't have any. read more

I am a Lagree regular in Los Angeles. I signed up while in town for class at the downtown UT location through class pass. There were no instructions on where to park, how to find the studio etc. I drove all the way from Sandy to take the class today and was 4 minutes late. The teacher was super rude to me and not empathetic at all/wouldn't even consider letting me into the class (I needed to change so I would have been 6 minutes late max into the class). 1. I couldn't find the studio for like 10 min or figure out where to pay for parking in the back lot. 2. I drove across all of salt lake valley to attend the class. I explained to her I am a regular at Lagree (attend 3-5 x a week). And she said they couldn't let me in because they were almost done with the core section for "safety reasons"- total bull shit. I now have to report this to class pass so I don't get charged. I gave them a 2 star only because I took the class a few months ago in park city and enjoyed it/found it difficult however, I'd not recommend with the type of customer service I just got. I hope another Lagree studio opens in Utah- since we split our time between LA and here. Ill be on the lookout. read more

I signed up for a one-month trial pass and unfortunately had a negative experience with their cancellation policy and the studio as a whole. I had a pet emergency and small injury within 2 days and needed to cancel classes I signed up for. The lack of compassion and flexibility with no-show/late cancellation fees during both situations was extremely frustrating and disappointing. It's unfortunate that the studio's policies prioritize fees over understanding that life can sometimes get in the way of attending classes. read more

Hooray the megaformer is back in Utah! I've been a megaformer devotee for the last five years as I find it the most transformative non impact workout I've ever done. The lagree method (founded by Sebastian lagree) is the workout of choice for Meghan Markle, sofia Vargas, and there was a Michelle kwan citing at my home studio in New York. Peak 45 is a 45 minute class on a machine that looks like a Pilates machine but more versatile. This studio uses the m3 (sorry Geaky technical stuff) but this is basically Pilates on crack. I took Tiffany two days in a row and her instruction and focus on form was excellent. In 45 minutes you work your core, legs, obliques and arms. Definitely give this workout a try! It's amazing and in the five years I've been taking class I've gotten so much stronger and the workout has kept me from injury (I have super bad knees). It's pricier than the gym but there are only 8 machines so think of it like semi private personal training at a fraction of the cost. Ps be sure to bring grip socks. First class is $5 or $10. Super cheap to give it a whirl. read more

Do you want to feel your muscles quiver and have beads of sweat rolling down your body for a straight 45 minute workout? If you're like me and want to feel challenged, Peak 45 is definitely the place for you. I had never tried Lagree style Pilates before and my reformer experience was pretty limited prior to coming here, but the instructors are all really friendly and helpful when it comes to explaining how the machine works as well as making sure you're using the proper body form. Grip socks are required for your safety since you'll be standing on the machine often. I'm always sore the following day, so you know this class is effective! They even have the quote "My legs are hungover" on the wall which couldn't be more true. Don't be late though, otherwise you'll be locked out of the class and may have to pay a cancellation/no show fee if you're using Classpass. read more

I'm so excited that megaformer is back in SLC! Megaformer is unlike no other workout you've ever done. It's low impact but very high intensity. You move slowly but don't let that fool you--you're meant to go extremely slow and you will feel your muscles BURN! It's an incredible all body workout but particularly for your core. I've never done another workout that so effectively hits all parts of your core. The instructors are still a little new but I love their enthusiasm! They instruct well and have good music but would like if they could focus on adjusting form more. Give megaformer a try--you won't be disappointed! read more

Very small , unprofessional place. Doors get lock and no staff on the first floor. You are such a small so you only get a room upstairs but at least spend some money getting people the right direction. You lose new customers like this. ... old and rude instructor. If you are looking for a new workout you must give this a try! This is like Pilates x10!! They offer a $5 intro class and grip socks are required. They sell them for $12 in the studio if you don't have some. I chose a 9am class, it lasts a full 45 min. It is recommended you arrive 15 min early to familiarize yourself with the equipment and stretch. They play high energy music but the movements are very slow and controlled. You will feel the burn after! I highly recommend checking this out! read more

The class is great! I have never been to a workout class where slow is the goal and I was very excited to find it. I think the slow pace helps develop the muscle more fully than momentum and I assume there is less risk of injury when working slowly. The teachers have all been very professional and attentive. Rhiannon corrected my squat/lunge posture in my first class and I am very grateful for her feedback. I have been experiencing kneecap pain off an on for a long time and didn't realize it was because my knee was not stacked over my heel and ankle correctly. I have been going to workout classes at a variety of places for a long time and she is the first one to say something. I would recommend this workout to anyone! read more
