I called "Doors and More" and although Greg had a number of calls scheduled for the day, he fit me in and got us up and running again immediately (same day). I was super impressed with his work. He was knowledge, professional and courteous. He carefully sized the replacement springs to match our requirements and ensured everything was done properly. He did not just assume the broken spring that was removed was correctly sized. When I asked him about that he explained that it was not an original spring and so he always sizes what he installs himself so that he knows what is installed meets requirements. This involved weighing the door and interfacing with a sizing app to precisely match the replacement spring to what was needed. I can't say enough about how positive this experience was.
