I called "Doors and More" and although Greg had a number of calls scheduled for the day, he fit me in and got us up and running again immediately (same day). I was super impressed with his work. He was knowledge, professional and courteous. He carefully sized the replacement springs to match our requirements and ensured everything was done properly. He did not just assume the broken spring that was removed was correctly sized. When I asked him about that he explained that it was not an original spring and so he always sizes what he installs himself so that he knows what is installed meets requirements. This involved weighing the door and interfacing with a sizing app to precisely match the replacement spring to what was needed. I can't say enough about how positive this experience was. If you are looking for someone to do garage door maintenance, I would highly recommend Greg.

Gave Greg the rundown and he said he could be at my place with 45 min... and he was. Pleased and impressed. I scheduled a $49 garage door "tune‑up" based on his Facebook ad, which clearly stated it included checking the springs, chains, bolts, batteries, rollers, and more. The $49 suddenly jumped to $250 the moment he arrived. I immediately said absolutely not. He then tried to "lower" it to $150, claiming he charges $50/hour and that I have two doors -- as if that justified anything. In the end, all he did was spray the chains and wheels with something equivalent to WD‑40 -- literally a $7.98 can you can buy at Walmart -- and said he was done. He was at my house for less than 15 minutes and performed no real service. I ended up paying $159 for nothing. Do not waste your time or money. Find someone reputable. His name is Guy.

They offered a $1,731 discount after threatening to report them to our credit card company, BBB, and police. They are still overcharging us at $2,500 (INSANE). We couldn't resolve the issue so filed a dispute with our credit card company. Beware of this company.
